This is my first laser that I have gotten, it was intimidating at first but the B4 machine is so easy to use that I’ve been lasering everything!!

fast delivery, no tax, perfect packaging.
the documentation is very bad, no information about the pin-outs, or any other technical details. That is a bit sad, but you cab find the details about the boards on the web..the EZcad software is outdated and not documented. the translation is not useable.
But the laser does what it shall do, very nice engraving and marking.

I left a negative review initially, but Commarker responded to me and I discovered that my spam filter had blocked the first set of emails. So it was not their fault. They emailed me, and have resent all the pertinent information. They have excellent customer service. I have changed my review from one to 5 stars.

Super fast shipping and arrival even after 2 days. Very good customer support. I ordered the wrong laser by mistake, but after a short communication with customer service I was able to get the actual product delivered by reordering. Very well and securely packaged. I can highly recommend them. Keep up the good work.

The item arrived quickly and well before the due date which was outstanding. It was easy putting it together following the instructions. My only disappointment was l did not get the protective screen with my laser as advertised. It would have been a higher rating if l got all that l was supposed to get Have not been able to use it yet as waiting for an enclosure but happy other than that.

With a great product line it was an easy choice to purchase my new fiber laser from Commarker. The B4 30 watt model provides exceptionally accurate and FAST burns with my Lightburn Galvo license giving me complete control over my projects. I tested for engraving speed AND accuracy with the results nothing less than amazing. The contacts with Customer Service - Nancy - provided the answers I needed to make my purchase. My order was placed on Wednesday June 26th and my new fiber laser arrived the next Tuesday, July 2nd. The only "problem" I've had with my B4/30 is that it keeps me up VERY late evenings as once you start burning, you don't want to stop :-).. I can totally recommend Commarker as a reputable business that provides great Customer Service and FAST shipping....

My initial delivery of my 100w MOPA had a malfunction and ComMarker immediately sent me a replacement. I received the replacement quickly and they stayed in touch until I was up and running. Very great customer service!

The machine works really nice, very well equipped and has helped us do our work much faster. The delivery of the product was very fast.

Arrived on time. Well packaged. They identified and corrected my error with the order. The laser worked first time and was easy to set up.

I've sent numerous request for a Return Authorization Numnber so I can return a rotary tool with no satisfaction. Not sure what the issue is. I've received a number of responses but no RAN. Soon I'll be past the 30 day return period. Lesson learned!

Package was shipped promptly and well packed. Item was very heavy and had some damage to the base plate (pushed in) from most likely being dropped. I was able to remove base and straighten out the plate. Item worked very well. Sturdy, strong, quality filters too.

Every product that I have purchased has been top quality.

Purchased 30-Watt CO2 Galvo with 20mm 8x Beam Expander upgrade.

This laser is a very well-built beast.
ComMarker upgraded to a Sino-Galvo RC2808 20mm 8X Expander. Very happy with the upgrade. It was worth the extra cost.
Pre-sales customer service and tech support
are excellent. The beam combiner was questionable so they are sending me a new one.
I will be purchasing a 60-watt Fiber MOPA Laser within the next 2 months, and I plan on purchasing a ComMarker.

If you're thinking about purchasing a Galvo CO2 or Fiber type laser, look no further.

I ordered a ComMarker B4 JPT MOPA 60W fiber laser.
The goods were received in good order even though at first I was a bit worried as the package was quite damaged.
The item was ordered on 26th of April, reported as shipped on on the same day and received on 9th of May. Quite decent considering it was ordered before Easter.

Great Little Laser. Have had a few days to get a few jobs done and it works great. Everything was packaged very well and came quickly.

I found the mechanical Adjustment crank to be very flimsy with poor fitment, Also, the machine does not have the Capability for ethernet connection nor Wi-Fi instead using a USB B coming out of the machine to a USB cable that is provided limited to USB connection only

Purchased this to mark some stainless steel parts I sell online with an identification and logo.
It has surpassed all my expectations, the results are very professional looking and I cant believe how quick it engraves and is very easy to set up and use.
It is worthwhile watching the YouTube videos about this product as you can get some good tips.
Delivery to the UK did take a while but well worth the wait.
