They lied and manipulate

They lied to me about where the product was shipping from. I had to reach out to find out it was shipping from china not the US. After asking where my order was. They proceeded to make a shipping label but held on to it for multi days. They think their cancellation policy will save them. It is abusive and they are a horrible company to work with. They will just stop replying once you bust them.
I have disputed the charge with my bank, it's the only real way to get your money back.

Please note that packed or shipped orders cannot be canceled or changed. Only orders that are paid, processed or partially shipped may be modified. Please contact our dedicated customer service team as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a shipped order. Our agents will help you the best they can, however, if an order cannot be canceled, please accept the package and refer to our warranty page.
Avoid at all cost, they aren't worth it.

Selling faulty machines.

I purchased a new machine, it was incomplete and was not as advertised with some key design changes that I was not notified about. The machine also had manufacturing issues with the incorrect power supply being fitted at the factory causing the electronics to burn out. 3 months after agreeing to give me a refund I have yet to receive it and am now being ignored.

UpdateMay 7th: After leaving this review I finally got my refund and was advised the reason I did not get one sooner is because my returned item is stuck in customs. I have, however, advised ComMarker of the information the Chinese customs authority require to release the item which ComMarker have failed to provide after numerous requests.

They stole thousands

They sent me a machine that did not work. Then I had to argue with them after communication and sending videos of it not working. I know how to calibrate. Finally they sent paper work to send it back and promised I would get a full refund and they stole my money and never refunded me. This company is criminal!!! Do not buy!!

There is no support

There is no support. the machine does engraving sometimes and does not other times. issues with usage but main problem there is no customer support. will buy something else and junk this unit

if there is a more useless and…

if there is a more useless and frustrating customer service department, i don't know where to find it. language barrier? cultural barrier? no, it's an intelligence and common sense barrier. why should i have to ask the same question up to five times before getting an answer?! having no phone support is pathetic, too, since the time difference means any correspondence takes days if and/or when they answer. get with the 21st century already!!! making it worse, some parts were damaged in shipment and getting replacements is like pulling teeth. they routinely exclude or delete any negative reviews from their forums and website. they knowingly lie about their services and products. i know because i called them out yet they didn't change these deceptive, fraudulent practices even after the fact. as for the machine itself, it's a moot point as these are plagued with poor engineering, bad parts, and mismatched/obsolete software and hardware. again, they don't tell you any of this, deny culpability or responsibility, and then make it all but impossible to get a satisfactory resolution. shame on their incompetence and arrogance!

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience – not recommended

We purchased a ComMarker Omni X machine for approx. €4,500 in August 2025.
Delivery took almost two months and the machine finally arrived in October 2025.

Shortly after commissioning, we experienced serious problems with the rotary unit, which turned out to be caused by an outdated first-generation (Gen 1) motherboard. This issue is clearly known and affects early customers.

Instead of a professional repair or replacement, ComMarker’s proposed solution was that we should replace the motherboard ourselves – including explicit warnings that incorrect wiring could permanently damage or destroy the machine. For a machine in this price range, shifting such a high technical risk to the customer is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, after we openly described this issue in ComMarker’s official Facebook group, we were blocked from the group instead of receiving transparent support or answers.

Between the hardware issues, the DIY repair expectation, and the silencing of legitimate customer criticism, this company’s approach is highly unprofessional.

We cannot recommend ComMarker or their business practices.
Stay away.

As for the rotary issue, earlier pre-sale models are compatible with ComMarker Studio but not with Lightburn. We now offer a free motherboard upgrade and remote technical support for early customers. If needed, ComMarker Support can also provide a free video guidance session.

Concerning the group moderation matter, we acknowledge that one of our operators mistakenly restricted a regular post. This was identified during our routine review the following day, and the restriction has been lifted. We truly regret any frustration this may have caused.

Will recommend ComMarker

I called before placing my order because I wasn't sure if I chose the right machine. Nancy explained carefully about what fits my workflow best. She saved me from buying the wrong accessory.
The machine arrived and instructions were clear. Every part was where it should be, and nothing was damaged.The whole experience felt personal and thoughtful.

Replacement part arrived fast

My rotary had an issue with lightburn. I was worried I'd be stuck waiting weeks. I contacted support and David identified the issue quickly.New motherboard arrived and now I can finish my orders ontime.A 5 star for the quick response and positive experience.

They replied at 11 pm

I unboxed the machine late at night and can't find my lens cap. I emailed support and they replied in an hour. It was in the manual bag which I put aside.Read the manual is a good habit😂

Exceeded my expectations

The engraver arrived securely packed and in perfect condition. I tested it right away on a small phone case and was impressed by the clarity and precision. Great product and even better customer support.

Positive review

My experience with ComMarker has been great. I ordered a ComMarker Omni X and shipping started before pre-sale was finished. The machine came with several separated parcels. I was confused, But ComMarker replied on time from both Facebook and email.It is always easy to fine them if you have issues.The machine is amazing. Engraves everything with great details. Hope my side business will run as expected.
