This is a secondhanded machine but support still replied my request.I'm happy with it.

I received exactly what I expected and am thrilled with by just taken it out of the shipping container. I cannot contain my enthusiasm to begin using it.
I am completely thrilled with and would tell anybody who asks that you are a truely trustworthy vendor.

Was excited to receive this and see if it would live up to the expectations set by their ad. It arrived very well packed with no damage at all. The instructions included clear pictures and a detailed list of parts for each stage, making it easy to follow along. Even not taking my much time, I had it assembled in under half an hour. Everything was straightforward and went smoothly.

I received the machine and took a look at the files but there isn’t any settings I need, So I reached out to the technical support team for assistance, and their staff responded quickly with recommended settings. Everything worked out perfectly. They are really helpful and fast responding.

I experienced excellent service with ComMarker: I sent them an email describing the problem, and within a few days, I had a replacement part for my machine. The way ComMarker handled the issue was really impressive and made me very happy. Their prompt response and effective solution definitely set them apart.

I bought the ComMarker Omni 1 as my first laser machine, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m new to using lasers, so I wanted something simple and efficient. The ComMarker machine has been even better than I hoped. The results are always great, and it’s a perfect tool for beginners like me, or even for more experienced users. I’d highly recommend them to anyone getting into laser engraving!

Product and service are both awesome. I found a discount code available after placing my order. Emailed support and they replied in hours agreeing to give me a refund. Great relief for me. The machine was nothing much to say. Units was safely packed. Easy to set up and operate. I am happy about ComMarker.

I asked them if I could engrave metal and they recommend Commarker B6. Shipping was fast. One corner protector on the outside box was cracked by shipment but the machine package was fine. I have engraved stainless steel, copper, brass and slate so far. It handles them really well and delivers detailed results every time. But soon I found 20w is not enough for me to cut and engrave fast enough on events. I wish I had purchased a higher wattage unit.

I ordered my first B4 a year ago, then I was looking for a laser engraver that could handle more materials, and Commarker didn’t disappoint me. Omni is as great as advertised. I made wooden earrings, and no char left. Some 3D engraved slates, and metal pens. Omni’s performance on glass is exceptionally great. I engraved wine glass, perfume bottles, and glass coins. There is no need to spray the surface of glass anymore. Finding the focus confused me a bit but there is an FB group for this brand that has been very helpful. Now they have a new 10w model for this. Keep going Commarker :D

Return policy is not thought out very well

I received excellent support; questions were answered quickly, and delivery from their warehouse in Germany was very fast. This Chinese company operates with the efficiency and reliability you'd expect from a local supplier.

My B4 30W arrived super well packed. Went together quickly. Was engraving and marking metal and plastic within 30 minutes (most of that time was setting up LightBurn). I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.
I was missing the the crank knob which Commarker quickly sent me a replacement.
I've also ordered the 70mm & 150mm lenses.

This machine is great. I have a job. I need to make a .008 diameter hole and it does it perfectly.

The Commarker Omni 1 is a beast. They really skimped on the installation manual. The fonts are so small in the Operation Instructions" section that it is nearly impossable to read even using a magnifing glass. They tried to save a dollar instead of making a great manual to go with a great UV laser.

I received my b3 20w ,delivery took 21 days, easy to set up and install. Easy to operate, parameters can be tricky with the different materials, i wish they provide a parameters guide for the different metals.
