Massive hidden cancellation charges
I never needed to claim and the set up and payment process was simple.
Disappointingly the charge back for cancelling a year long policy, 3 weeks after setting it up (due to passing the test) was astronomical and an absolute con on teenagers who trusted to spend their hard earned money with you. Only use after lots of research.

Shady and underhand company
Would prefer to give 0 stars. Dishonest and shady company who exploit young drivers and parents. They are blatantly making money in a very underhand way. Every driver who passes their test in the 12 month policy year is made to pay a cancellation fee. In fact this fee is stolen from you as the company take it from your original payment method without your consent. That's tantamount to theft. They will say it's in the t&c but it's still aggressive and dishonest dealings. I am telling everyone I know to avoid this shady company like the plague. They stole £40 from my credit card after 10 months and I did not consent or agree. How fair and equitable is that. Emails since this time have been aggressive and hostile.

Amazing customer service
The lady was amazing she was so funny and helpful. She helped me switch cars and add my parents on to the policy. She was super helpful and explained everything in detail to me and my parents. She definitely deserves a raise for how kind and caring she is. She clearly cares about her job very much and is extremely well trained and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend collingwood and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves

I wanted to pay off my annual learners insurance policy that i pay monthly all in one, i was told i am unable to do this which means i am paying the £4.50 charge each month despite me wanting to pay it off in full.

Can't beat their prices, seriously 5-star! Their customer service is fantastic—they explained everything so well and made sure we got all our questions answered.
