Excellent & Professional Customer Support Services
I experienced a small defect in my first Cole Haan pair of shoes. I contacted customer service for a feedback and complained about the case. Cole Haan customer support team were very responsive and offered me multiple options to sort the problem. I had a replacement pair delivered to my doorstep in less than 24 hours.
I ended up happy about both the support I got and my new CH shoes.
Many thanks to Cole Haan for handling this complain in a very professional and satisfactory way.

I must say that literally own 10 pairs of shoes and all are Cole haan.
This time I ordered online for the first time and the costumer service was fast and very responsive! 5 starts service

Great website and quick delivery, I got a discount being a first time buyer.
Sadly the shoes have not been as comfortable as I was lead to believe they are and I have had to wear my old shoes today as they made my heals sore yesterday. What a shame, I was hoping for complete comfort.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear of any confusion caused by our sizing. Please note that all of our shoes arrive with a US size on the inside of the product, but we offer UK and EU equivalents to these sizes with the UK size being the default option.
We can see that you ordered a UK 10.5 (a US 11.5), which would arrive with an '11.5 M' on the product. If this is not the size that you wanted, you're more than welcome to take advantage of our free returns service so that you can receive a refund. High price, bad product
The price is incredibly high and the quality is poor. The customer service is pathetic and the delivery is the worst. Don’t buy again; Skechers is a much better option than Clark.

Simply the best!
I have been familiar with brand since I went to their store in NY 15 y ago.
Shockingly they still don't have standalone store in Uk.
Ordering online is sometimes hit and miss, due to sizing . However I have managed to buy online over 10 + pairs by now.
The quality is amazing, comfort, styles are superb. They design shoes for the feet. Not just make some shoes.
Speed for the delivery is excellent.
The website tend to offer smaller range of sandals than USA stores?
And the range is odd , who wants to wear mules or very high heels?
Even if I am not looking to buy new shoes I will browse their website and locate my next purchase.
I would love to work for this brand.

What lovely trainers! I bought the GrandPro All Day Courts, and they not only look cool and original, they are true to size and very comfortable - probably the most comfy shoes I’ve ever had.
Ordered direct from their UK website and they were delivered in a couple of days.

Love Cole Haan. Very good quality shoes, durable and super comfortable. I have been using CH for the last 20 years. I have over 40 pairs and I keep buying more. Never disappoints. I'm so pleased they have a UK online store. I don't have to wait to go to the US to get more shoes. I wish they also open a flagship store in the UK. Thank you guys!
