Very happy with service
Totally awesome. Sent a stock enquiry email. It got replied the next day, with clear info, showing the person who replied actually read my original message and didn't just send a copy and paste response (something that happens way too much these days). Shoutout to Bobby for having his head on his shoulders.
Based on that interaction I went ahead and ordered a couple of pairs of shoes.
Order was shipped out next day.
Order was received the day after that.
Overall very happy with service, communication and the actual shoes themselves. Shame more companies can't be run as well as this.

Best slip on sneaker anyone can get
I got the slip on sneakers in white color, I opted for a half a size down as they tend to be a bit big .
Most comfortable and stylish shoes ever.

I bought shoes that didn't fit me, and the quality leaves much to be desired. I sent the package back 15 minutes after receiving it. I haven't received a refund, and they're not replying to my emails. Be careful before dealing with this company, if you can call it that.

We would like to clarify the timeline of your contact with us. Your first message was sent on Sunday 29th outside of office hours, and we responded the following morning when we were back in. You then contacted us again on the evening of Wednesday 15th, and we replied the next morning on Thursday 16th.
Your return has been received and processed in line with our policy, and your refund has now been issued. A confirmation email has also been sent. If this or any other communication from us have not come through, please do check your junk folder.

Great purchase
Ive recently purchased the Men's GrandPrø Luxe Slip-On Trainer in blue and i love these trainers.
Look smart and really comfortable.
I'd say that the sizing is slightly larger than expected as wouls normally go for 11.5 uk but the 11s were a great fit.
Would recommend and would buy from ColeHaan again as delivery was nice and quick.

This was my first time ordering from Cole Haan, but it will definitely not be the last.
First of all, the order arrived very quickly, and I received regular communications and updates throughout, which was reassuring. The shoes were amazing, of excellent quality, exactly as expected, and were safely packed to retain their shape.
In addition, after placing the order, I realised I had forgotten to apply a 10% spring promo discount that was available at the time. I emailed them within minutes, and within a day I received a response confirming that the 10% would be refunded—and it was.
Overall, from product quality to customer service, the experience was excellent.

I ordered my chosen shoes and looked…
I ordered my chosen shoes and looked forward to them arriving. They were well packaged and arrived on time. They looked exactly as they did on-line and were very lightweight, however when I tried them on they were far too big for my feet. All shoes I currently wear are all size 9, however these shoes seem more like a size 10. Unfortunately I have sent them back and await a refund.
