I put a review on here the other day as I wasn’t happy about my order which was ordered March 25 th it just arrived today April 9 th so not 3 to 6 working days , just be aware if you’re in a hurry for anything , and trying to get an answer or update is not easy however the clothes are really nice but I don’t think il order again from them just saying

as you can see from other reviews, you return an item they then with hold your refund pending a made up chargeback inquiry regarding their own bank?
since when does any retailer process their returns based on their banks deciding if its eligble?
Arne clothing - you have a simple hole in your jumper they are willing to offer a discount or refund right there and then no need to return item
CAPO - you returns goods in original packaging/ condition, they hold your refund pending a bank inquiry which they state can take up to 72 working days?
72 days to process a refund for an item of clothing in 2026...just screams cowboy company desperate to keep a hold of any funds coming their way

I returned a faulty jumper which came undone (30cm long!). This was the first time it had been worn.
Very substandard goods, save your money. Do not use them.

I purchased a pair of trousers before Christmas as soon as they turned up I returned straight away as I never liked the colour. I paid through Klarna 3 months instalments so as soon as I returned I paused the payments which capo have not notified Klarna about the return I have gone through the process three times and still got no where! Emailed the company multiple times! It is a real shame as I have brought plenty of items off capo and their clothes are very good quality and feel so such a shame about their customer service which really has let its down and I won’t be using them again. So basically I have to make a full payment for trousers I have no longer got and returns this is an absolute disgrace of a company I advice everyone to use Arneclo … much better customer care with better quality clothing similar pricing.

What a find! Discovered website, this company & this brand by accident whilst searching for a pair of trousers with a particular ‘look’. Received so much more than I had bargained for. Beautiful quality garments, beautifully made. Beautifully, carefully & thoughtfully packaged & exceptional customer service - all via email & text on this occasion but nonetheless each communication was considered & so well structured they felt personal. What has really bowled me over is the company’s philosophy and the sharing of their origins, intentions & goals. These are all imbued in both the clothes and the customer service. In all the years and experiences of buying online, this is the highest quality shopping experience yet - the process, the communication, the packaging and the excellent quality of the goods. Style is great, but quality is shocking, bought several things for premium prices only for it to fall apart after 5-6 months. Really disappointing as I had high hopes for this brand but won’t be buying again
Good company love the items and fit is always sport on,I’m just thinking the quality is not as good as fort had top since Xmas worn about 4 times went to put on today notice a hole in side where it’s just coming apart £65 for top last few months is not great,

The quality of almost all the items I’ve purchased from Capo has been abysmal.
Their only saving grace is their chino collection and shorts.
Jumper shrunk in the wash after one 30 degree cycle, the overshirt I purchased had fabric strands on the stitching and felt cheap.
This would all be fine if they didn’t charge premium prices.
There are many other brands that offer better quality for the price. Arne for example is excellent quality and the same type of items.
Don’t waste your money on this fast fashion brand charging high prices.
This applies to tops. Chinos are actually very good quality and fit.
The quality of the products are very poor. Ordered a pair of £125 trainers in September, they have hardly been worn and have a small rip round the top. Customer services have ignored my emails In my opinion you can get better quality cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered last year in July still not been resolved. Don’t reply to my emails. When they do they blame delivery company. Point is I haven’t got the clothes and they have not refunded or resent clothes…Stay well clear the customer service is shocking they just take your money and don’t reply when they are on the wrong.
