First impression, no install yet
I haven’t had my hair installed and won’t happen until 3–19. However, my first impression is a tightly wrapped package in plastic, I had purchased a heat protection, shampoo, and conditioner… The shampoo completely cracked and exploded all over everything inside the package. It was sticky. It was full of mushy paper, it got onto my extension bags. It got into the conditioner box. The conditioner top started to come off. It was not on tight enough… also, was not aware of the tariffs I would have to be paying. I ended up paying $108, so maybe next time include that in the final checkout price or have it listed somewhere on the listings because I was not made aware of that fact after already spending $800,

In regard to the additional charges, please note that customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are outside of our control. These are typically charged by the courier upon arrival into the country. We do understand your feedback regarding visibility at checkout, however this is mentioned on the website when you choose your shipping method.

Great Quality but Expensive Shipping
The clip in hair extensions are great - soft, thick, full all the way to the ends, and shipped quickly. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because it said I had free shipping and then when UPS arrived I had to pay $52 to get my package!

Perfect Match!
I've never been able to color match my red hair but I found a perfect match. It was my first time with clip-ins, and I love them!
I did have to pay an extra $50 for shipping before it would be delivered due to tarrif bs but worth it.

I didn't know there was a postal charge…
I didn't know there was a postal charge that held up my delivery. I didn't know it was coming from another country. I ordered two day delivery and that didn't happen and the arrival date kept changing.
I'm sure it will be lovely whenever it arrives.

I loved this brand when I first started…
I loved this brand when I first started using them. I buy a set, same color, of clip in extensions every 4 months for years now. The past couple of purchases, the quality of the hair has not been the same. The clips are not lasting as long, the hair is splitting one month in and they are significantly thinner. I’m devastated, because on top of that, I’m getting charged an import duty of $75 on top of the price of extensions.

I received the incorrect order. Sending it back has been a big hassle as Australia post will not except the return sticker.

Love the hair! Color match is great! Don’t order for one or two day delivery as you will be charged a tariff fee one that I was not informed about from the company. that is my reason for four stars. I paid $9.99 for 1 to 2 tape delivery and then when the UPS people got here, they informed me that I owed them another $40 for custom. I believe this should be on the checkout page for people who are wanting it shipped one or two days. I contact a customer service and they said that in the regular shipping they cover that and they do so why don’t you do it for the one to two day shipping?

Regarding customs charges, we do not set or collect these fees, as they are determined by your country’s customs authorities. For EU and international orders, the standard shipping service usually allows for customs to be included in our delivery charges, but express services such as 1–2 day delivery are handled by the courier, and any customs or import fees are applied by them. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional fees, which is why they may appear at the point of delivery.

The hair is surprisingly high quality. The only downside was the high customs fees, which amounted to €40 in my case. This is something the seller should provide clearer information about in advance.
