THEY HAVE THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was excited to try Kitsch and received my order in just a few business days. There was something missing in my package, so I emailed. They responded to my email in under 10 minutes! I had a new tracking number in about half an hour.

In addition, these products are fantastic! I love the shampoo and conditioning bars. I got my daughter the Lisa Frank satin pillowcases and the quality is top notch. I am a life-long customer at this point!

I sent an email informing Kitsch that I had received the incorrect item. Within the hour I received a message asking if I would like a refund or the item shipped. I replied that I wanted to try the item so to please still send it. Again I received a response right away and was told I could keep the incorrect item and the one I ordered was on the way. This is honestly the best experience I have ever had with any customer service team! So far everything Kitsch has been way above my expectations! So happy I found these products and this company! ♥️. I used to use Monat and Kitsch is such a better product and affordable! ♥️♥️♥️

I ordered many times from this company, all was well until my order was lost in transit. It's impossible to get a refund, they keep insisting the shipping is at my post office, but following the tracking it's lost in the system and since over a month listed as classified. There is no trust in a company that can't give a rightful refund. 0 points.

The chat was very fast and solved my concerns. I was missing a couple of items and after the chat I have a new order number and tracking information.

I have giant hair and collect gels, mousses, sprays, etc and nothing ever works. Decades ago John Freida had a certain gel but was discontinued and I’ve been searching ever since. Not anymore!!! I bought the curl cream and I am amazed! The ads don’t lie, works just as advertised!!!!! I am now buying all the other products. Amazing curl cream!!!!!

The company is great and the products are even greater. I received a defected shower caddy and they replaced it very easily. No questions asked. I love how my skin care bar smells the whole bathroom up it smells amazing and the shampoo and conditioner bars are fantastic as well.

I like all the Kitsch products that I have tried. I purchased them online and at a spa. There was a small issue with a mail order. I emailed the company and received a quick response. The issue was solved quickly and with kindness.

This company has great customer service. I received the wrong kit in my order and I emailed them and within an hour or so I had a reply and the issue was very quickly resolved. It was definitely beyond my expectations. The products are great as well! Everything is well made and works well. I definitely will continue to use their products.

Customer service is excellent. I had a slight problem with an order, the mater was as resolved quickly and efficiently.

I bought a 2 pack of headbands at Target from Kitsch and one of them was cracked and broke the next day. I emailed Kitsch and they were SO fast to reply and send me a replacement! I was SO pleased with them and HIGHLY recommend this company. Wow - excellent customer service and one of the fastest replies! What a great company - will definitely be buying more of their products in the future!!

I just tried the product today, do far so good. What I wanted to reviewed was the shampoo and conditioner bottles, the packaging is terrible. It took me a few minutes to get the cap to pop. On both, I had to get my brush handle to open the shampoo. The shower running the whole time, then it took a hard squeeze to get it out, if you have arthritis, that would be really hard to squeeze that bottle.

I had gotten the completely wrong order.

In the order a cracked brush and so much more. After emailing the team they let me keep the order and sent me out all of my original items and a new non cracked brush! They did a great job with quick responses.

I haven't received my goods as yet, because the delivery company has experienced a delay. But I just received a note from Kitsch letting me know that they were aware of the hold-up and that they will continue to monitor the situation and take it up with the delivery company if required. That makes me feel much more secure about doing business with Kitsch. And, for what it's worth, my wife loves their products!

Support was very efficient, helpful, and speedy! They made everything move smoothly and solved the issue quickly.

They are so nice. The products are awesome!! Whenever I have an issue they resolve it quickly. I love Kitsch!!
