Extremely happy with color length and bulk. Three packs is more than enough for full head I actually have almost a full weft extra. There was that slight smell that extensions have but after first wash (which you should be doing anyway) it was gone. We will see how shedding and length hold up

Super fast shipping, the hair is super soft, very nice quality! Lays flat , I love it!

The hair arrived fast & is super soft
The hair arrived fast, less than a week after ordering. It is SUPER SOFT and since where the hair is pulled through is thin when it folds it doesnt show and lays nice and flat. I am pleased, I hope it lasts, time will tell but I am very impressed. The color was spot on too.

I am a professional stylist with more than 75% gray hair at the young age of 50. It is almost impossible to find beautiful high-quality extensions in shades that blend with my natural color. This is my 1st time ordering from Superior Hair, and I am thrilled to say, I love them! I ordered 3 packages in Light Gray and 2 in Pearl Gray, all 18" tape ins. They blend seamlessly with my hair, and they look and feel amazing! My only hope is that they offer these colors in the butterfly wefts in the future.

The product I wanted and ordered was apparently out of stock, so they offered to send me another product that they said I could color. The hair does not accept color. It is sealed and shades eq full processing time slid right off.

I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this company. Their website said the product was in stock, but that clearly wasn’t true. After placing my order, I found out nothing ships for weeks. They advertise 5–7 day shipping, but it’s actually closer to 14–20 days, which is completely misleading. Mind you I ordered from the “LA Warehouse saying it was in stock” and it takes 5-7 days for shipping! I did NOT order hair that was NOT in stock from the LA warehouse. If it’s not in stock it needs to say “not in stock” That way the stylist can plan on the time frame for shipping. All the hair I ordered said it was in stock in the LA warehouse which clearly was not.
If the company was honest about their shipping timelines and inventory, I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place. Instead, I was left waiting, with no helpful updates and no clear communication. Very frustrating process .

S&F ships from our China warehouse, which was shown by the stock indicator at checkout. Your order was dispatched on 23 Oct and is now delivered. S&F’s window is 7–14 business days (weekends excluded), so this delivery was within the stated timeframe. Our 5–7 day estimate applies to items dispatched from LA only.
For faster US delivery next time, please select LA Dispatch or DHL Express at checkout.

I have been trying to contact the company multiple times about my order. I bought from this company because they have same day dispatch. They keep telling me my order has been dispatched and ignoring my other questions when it clearly says on the tracking that my order has not been received by USPS. I don’t know why it’s difficult to get a consistent answer from them. I would be happy to amend this review if I could get a straight answer from anyone.
