Curlsmith products are always well wrapped to avoid any accidents in transit.
I'm very pleased with the Frizx Control Duo Conditionet which I use every few weeks to deep condition.

Curlsmith products are the best ever hair products. I have straight hair and it's never looked better. Customer service is excellent. There are often special offers and free gifts too. Absolutely superb in every way. Cruelty free too which is essential for me💚💚

Love the products but yall really removed the Bible verses? come on now the bible verses made me glad to buy products that finally represent God there’s no way it made people that angry

I am 60 years old and finally embraced my curls about 10 years ago. I have a closet full
of products. I decided to give Curlsmith a go and I am so happy I did. The line that works perfectly for me is the Volumize line and the Hydro Jelly gel. I have been committed to them for over a year now. I mistakenly bought the 2 in1 Conditioning Cleanser Co-wash and tried it for the first time and it is amazing!!! I love it!

I have been searching and trying hair products for 30 years, I have finally found my perfect combination. I wish my hair had always been this easy and great looking (it’s not just me that thinks so, I get compliments all the time). Always great service, I feel confident with every purchase. Many friends have become customers and my son now has the perfect products for his curly fringe.

Im in my 60's and spent years looking for a curly hair product. I found what I needed and was looking for with the Curl Smith products.

Updated February 25. After persistent efforts, Curlsmith agreed to replace the undelivered product. I received the package today. I appreciate them finally taking responsibility.
This was my first time ordering from Curlsmith, and unfortunately it has been an extremely disappointing experience.
I received an email stating my order was delivered, but there was no package at my address. I immediately contacted Curlsmith and was told to check with neighbors and family, which I did. No one had the package.
I then contacted UPS, who confirmed using geotag tracking that the package was delivered to the wrong address. UPS informed me that because it was their error, Curlsmith must open a delivery dispute as the vendor.
I relayed this information to Curlsmith, completed the authorization form they sent, and waited. After 12 days with no update, I followed up and was once again told to check with neighbors and family—despite this already being done and clearly communicated multiple times.
As of today, I am without the product I paid for and without a refund. The carrier has acknowledged misdelivery, yet Curlsmith continues to treat the order as “delivered” and has taken no responsibility to resolve the issue.
As a customer, it is frustrating and unacceptable to be left with neither the product nor my money after doing everything requested. This experience has completely undermined my trust in the brand.

I decided to set up a subscription as i use these products all the time. This is not a clear process! I had no idea when my products were going to be shipped - my account showed me April. I cancelled the subscription and ordered a bottle of my usual product to ensure that I had it for my holiday. A few days later I then received my subscription!

I've been buying from Curlsmith for 4 years now. My orders are not frequent, because I make the products last ,( I usually buy styling or repairing products from them).
The first 2 times I was a bit disappointed about the packaging, because it wasn't secure enough, making the liquids getting out for the bottles. I was always granted refound, after documentations, but I was indeed sad about losing 1/3 of the product.
This is my 3rd order and this time I saw an improvement in the packaging: the bottles were completely wrapped in large paper sheets, everything was safe enough and nothing spilled out.
I'm happy to leave a review, because they changed their shipping habits into better ones.
The products themselves are indeed good and perfect for my curls.

I have requested to cancel the subscription and not to ship the products but I have not replied to my email. Neither the product shipment was cancelled.

I’ve been using curlsmith for almost a year now. My hair has never felt healthier or looked better - couldn’t live without their products now and have hooked a few friends/family on them too!

Wonderful company and great products! Highly recommended as what they tell you about their products is true.

Pros: I love the leave-in conditioners, I have the weightless cream and medium hold leave-in bottles at home and have re ordered these.

Cons:
I tried one of their shampoos, but it gave me an itchy scalp, so haven't tried any more of their shampoos yet.

I have searched high and low for a decent wash-out conditioner for my dry curly hair and still can't find one, not even with this brand.

Lovely products. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I've had quite a few things now and liked all of them. They do the job for us curly girls. Only problem is there's so many products to choose from!!

As a natural curly hair gal I have never seen a web site that spoke specifically to my hair issues and with products designed specifically for same. Its a breath of fresh air. Very unique and so needed!!! The instructions are spelled out and easy to follow.

The returns policy on the hairdryer makes no sense. I requested a return after realising how heavy the hairdryer was but was told since the packaging was opened and the tool was technically 'used', the return could not be accepted.

Never had this issue with returns when testing out Dyson or Shark!

If you have questions about which product they have a quiz or you can even ask. They are also numbering their bottles making it easier to know which step to use when.

Absolutely love the product. Will keep recommending to people to use it. Only problem is shipping takes forever. Placed this order when I still had half bottles left and now they are almost empty and its still not arrived yet. Only part im upset about.

I just tried Curlsmith products for the first time this week and was very impressed. The frizz free shampoo really worked well. I also really liked the memory release spritz and the fragrance free leave in that was recommended. I had ordered the blow dryer travel size after using a blowdryer that I had taped together, but was afraid to get another that I would like. Well, this one was just the right size, the attachments are secure and work well and I diffused the back of my hair. Very happy with the results.
