They claim this hair is 100% real Remy hair I ordered the deluxe aswell , after one wash went frizzy , couldn’t even get a brush through it it was pulling out my natural hair as it was so knotty , the hair looks like it should have come off a toy doll I had them asked for a refund they said I had to send the hair back for a refund so I have paid all the money for fitting and if they can’t find the proboem with the hair then I get no refund at all , would not recommend this brand at all I have had my extensions in for less then two weeks ! Really is a joke cause I have wasted nearly 500 pounds to do this hair !

The worst quality hair i have ever hadno doubt about that they care more about the money they get than the customers and the product they sell the hair is frizzy dry and you have to keep brushing it again and again honestly gutted I spent my money on this company they only gave back a tiny refund for what I paid honestly dont do it i got the tape ins and they're the worst

Unfortunately, this may have caused some confusion if you were expecting a One Piece Extension instead. We have attached the order details for your reference so you can see exactly what was selected at checkout.
Regarding the shipping charges you mentioned, at checkout we do offer two different delivery options:
Standard Free Shipping (which does not include duties, VAT, or taxes charged by the local customs authority or courier), and
Flat Rate Shipping with Duties & Taxes Included, which ensures there are no further charges upon delivery.
In this case, the option with duties included was not selected at the time of placing your order, which is why UPS requested an additional payment.

We completely understand your request for a return; however, after carefully reviewing the images you kindly provided, we noticed that the curly item has been removed from the hygiene bands. Due to the nature of tight curls, each set comes with a clear sticker on the inside of the packaging stating that once removed from the hygiene bands, the curl pattern can become compromised. Unfortunately, as seen in the images, the curl pattern has already been affected, and for hygiene and quality reasons, we would not be able to resell this product.
This is why we make sure to include these details both clearly on our website and with stickers inside the packaging, to help customers make an informed decision before removing the hygiene bands.
That said, our team has already been in contact with you directly and, have offered you a good will gesture and we are currently awaiting your response.

Extremely Disappointed, Poor Quality and No Customer Support
I had high hopes for these clip-in extensions, especially as someone going through postpartum and looking for a confidence boost. Unfortunately, they shed excessively after just three wears — even with gentle handling and proper care. The quality is nowhere near what I expected for the price.
I reached out to customer service with a refund request and followed up multiple times, providing my order number and offering to send photos — and I still haven’t received any response. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
This purchase has been a disappointment both in product quality and customer support. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
