Excellent Customer Service team
Customer Service team have been excellent with my recent orders. On two occasions I was able to add additional items to my original order very easily. Another order was delivered in a damaged condition courtesy of Royal Mail. I contacted Customer Service who immediately sent replacement without any fuss. Wish some of the others I but from were nearly as good.
All the plants I have received have been in excellent condition.

Simply, just excellent.
Have bought from Claire Austin and her team for many years. Their plants are the best quality with a great range. Fair price and very quick delivery. The only problem is their online catalogue is so good I spend far too much each year! Maybe my fault not yours!

Really careful packaging - for the plants and the planet 🥰 - great updates throughout on where the order was and when to expect. Arrived exactly as promised. The range behind the order is just fab, its a nursery in Wales and the quality is simply exceptional. First stop always for online plant shopping .. cant wait to plant out these ( ahem… the only problem I have now is frost ….!)
