I asked them by mail to help me about my delivery and they answered very fast and found the way to help me 🌺🫶🏼 i already ordered some dahlias last year and they are my favorites plants from my garden 💚🪻♥️🪷

Overall the website is superb with excellent details. It is easy to browse the site and it's not overly fussy. Sometimes less really is more, particularly where the plants are the stars. I have had a few problems which have been easily resolved by the customer service team. I like buying from Farmer Gracy.

Bare roots ordered so I wait in anticipation! All looks well so far, shoots appearing. I had a problem with a bulb order but it was dealt with immediately after a quick email. Great service, I will be ordering again!

I was quite surprised that my bulbs came with little labels on them, which i thought was lovely. The plants were securely packaged and delivered with care. I would definitely use this company again.

I ordered bare roots, which arrived carefully packaged and labelled with a bit of compost to add to the hole in the bed. These were reasonably priced as well. Can't wait to see them grow!

Yes, you do have to wait for delivery but you are told that before you complete the purchase. But boy I was blown away with how it was packaged with love and care. It was like getting a pamper package. All items ordered look in excellent condition so looking forward to seeing them grow in my garden this year. Will order again and would recommend.

The plants arrived in good condition with clear instructions.
They are looking very healthy now I've potted them on. I've not used this company before ,so I'm pleased overall.

Great selection of plants and well priced. All bare root plants I ordered were healthy, well packed and have established well. I've no doubt I'll order more on the future

For the first time I was slightly disappointed with my order. My dahlia tubers were smelling strongly of mould and some of them had soft squidgy bits. I have had fantastic bulbs numerous times and have recommended this company to family and friends. Just disappointed
