Great quality
Not the cheapest for 9cm perennials but more than made up for by the quality of the plants I received. I would definitely recommend and will more than likely use again in the future. Well done.

Fellow plant enthusiasts! Embarking on a "Modern Perennial/Plant Communities" project? Yeah, me too! My winter was a deep dive into plant suppliers, and let me tell you, Clair Austin Hardy Plants were a breath of fresh, well-categorised air.
Their website is a dream – gorgeous photos, genuinely helpful descriptions and advice. It made the whole research process actually enjoyable! Ordering was a breeze and felt totally secure.
Over the past month, my house has become a temporary plant sanctuary thanks to four fantastic deliveries. My phone kept me updated every step of the way, and the packaging? Seriously impressive – my plants arrived looking like they'd just enjoyed a first-class flight. Plus, they use lots of recycled materials – win-win!
And the plants? Oh. My. Goodness. Top quality, healthy, and just waiting to explode with life in my garden. I'm practically giddy to get them planted this week.
Seriously, if you're looking for a company that delivers on all fronts – brilliant service, fantastic value, top-notch plants, and stress-free ordering and delivery – then look no further than Clair Austin Garden Plants. Highly recommended – go treat your garden!

Wow, wow, wow. What a review!
We would have replied earlier but we had to interrogate each team member and scan their bank account for suspicious cash transactions to ensure it wasn't a paid endorsement or team member induced review.
Seriously though, we are absolutely over the moon with receiving such a glowing, genuine review and called the whole team together to read it out. Everyone was delighted at all the positives that came out of your review. A huge thank you for your endorsement and for taking time out of your day to write such a comprehensive review.
We wish you happy gardening and thank you for including us in amongst the positivity and pleasure you've had undertaking the project.

Glad the plants arrived safely. The plastic packaging is made from recycled materials and is recyclable again and a large percentage of our pots are taupe coloured so can be identified by machine for recycling. We do still have many black pots as we re use them until such time as they need replacing which is then done with taupe pots. Thanks for your order and we're glad the plants look good.

You wont find better!
I have bought Plants from Claire Austin before and have always been pleased with the quality and so much to chose from, well packaged and plenty of very helpful information. Far superior to anything I have ordered before.

Excellent plant quality.
I have now purchased two sets of three plants from Claire, and they have always arrived in excellent condition, even if the carrier has turned the box the wrong way up. All the plants have taken in the ground one of the sets were put in during the winter and they have new shoots this spring.

Thank you for you review and order. Glad the plants arrived safely as we go to a lot of trouble to keep them secure in the event of an unthinking delivery person. Thankfully we rarely experience delivery problems. Some plants have been slow to emerge this season so we're pleased yours have started shooting and given you something to look forward to. Happy gardening.

Healthy thriving plants by post
I ordered 4 sedum plants and they arrived a week later very securely packaged in individual plastic coccoons which protected them extremely well from the rigours of postal delivery. They were all in very good condition, healthy and hydrated and ready to plant out for life's journey. It is a pleasure to receive plants by post that are as good if not better than ones purchased at a garden centre.

Excellent plants
I bought 3 Alchemilla plants from Claire Austin as they offered a different variety from the more common “Mollis” variety and also the delivery charge was not too expensive unlike some other nurseries. When the plants arrived they were in excellent condition and well watered. They were really well packaged in order to protect the plants and I am pleased to say that I’ve thoroughly satisfied.
