Citation Ltd Anmeldelser

I had my H&S visit yesterday with Richard Pearce from Citation. Despite my frustrations with the Citation website and sales approach of the company I found Richard to be a breath of fresh air. His experience of working in industry allows him to help and advise rather than merely ticking boxes. Thanks again Richard.

We recently had a site visit from the team at Citation, and the experience was excellent. Ian White who visited our location was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful in breaking down complex compliance information. They took the time to understand our specific workplace setup and provided clear, actionable insights to ensure our documentation and safety practices are up to standard. The knowledge shared during the visit has given our team absolute peace of mind. Highly recommend their onsite services.

Casey O'Donnell recently carried out our H&S review. The review was a few years overdue & Casey was very thorough & knowledgeable & helped to put my mind at ease to ensure we stay compliant.
He also took time to explain the minefield that is the Atlas portal.

Jemel made the compliance process simple and concise to follow. Explained everything very clearly.

Richard Pearce carried out our yearly H&S review and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our company has definitely benefitted from Richard's experience and the information/ provided has definitely put our minds at ease to ensure our company is compliant from H&S perspective.

Very easy working with Citation, we have been with them for years and have had a great relationship with staff from all departments. Jon has always been very helpful and a pleasure to work with, I have just signed up with him for another few years so if your company needs HR
HSE or anything give them a call.

Marie gave me a call today to discuss the use of the Atlas platform and guided me with completing my risk assessments and training for my business. She answered all of my questions and more. I would recommend speaking to her if you need any help.

Chris peers was extremely helpful

Marie was great, she guided us through the platform and made sure we familiarize ourselves with the platform. Looking forward to the next onboarding session.

Spoke to Darell this morning and he went through the onboarding process with me, showing me the system and how to use it properly. He was polite, professional and courteous throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

I have engaged the services of Citation for out Health And Safety advice, although the contract term is quite long, If today's help and assistance is anything to go by then it will be worth it.

Nela was really helpful in explaining all that was legally required and supporting the build of our HSE policy and RAs. Thanks.

I have just arrange an health and safety inspection with Jay Stuart from Citation, she was most helpful and polite. She was a pleasure to speak to and made arranging the inspection straightforward and easy.

Recently onboarded with Citation and the experience has been unbelievably easy. From the initial call with George, to the onboarding call with Seylim and then the reviews/training with Harpreet and Darell.

It's been quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Darell was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the citation system... so far great service from citation.

Tony Major was extremely helpful, knew exactly where to find the information I required, and sorted it out within minutes

Amanda Buck, my advisor today, was absolutely brilliant in helping me navigate a particularly tricky HR issue. She really took the time to really understand both my concerns and the wider context before offering advice, thus enabling her to offer genuinely useful and relevant advice.

Where she could advise immediately, she did so clearly and confidently; where she needed to check something, she went away, found the answer and came back to me quickly.

Most importantly, Amanda gave me the confidence to handle a difficult situation professionally, fairly and with reassurance that I was acting appropriately and compliantly.

I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and understanding, and for so patiently sharing her expertise.

Richard P was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great advice and was patient with us. He also gave us some documentation to work from for a few gaps in our own files. Highly recommended by us here at Southern Plant Brackley.

We recently has a Health and Safety visit from Josie Parson. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, offering clear and practical advice where needed. The assessment was carried out efficiently, and event though we only had one recommendation this was explained clearly. We would highly recommend their services.

Christian Warden attended Danmor to complete a Health and Safety review. He was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the visit. A very professional but approachable manner. I felt at ease at all times. When he left I felt confident I had all the necessary knowledge to complete any findings raised, and he even left me his details should I need any further assistance.

Richard Pearce as always does a great job and is very thorough, offering solutions to anything raised
