I would like to leave a positive review following our health and safety inspection today with Jemel from Atlas H&S. Inspections can sometimes be stressful, but he was exceptionally constructive and supportive. Rather than simply pointing out what needed doing, they actively guided us and provided practical, easy-to-understand advice to help us improve.

Our assessor today was Stephen Roberts who was absolutely fantastic. Clear, practical advice was given. Stephen was very professional, but very approachable and explained things in non jargon language. The H& S Audit helps keep us up to date and compliant. We had a DSEAR Assessment carried out today by Ian White, he was excellent throughout the entire process. His knowledge was clearly extensive and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and relevant to our operations. He took the time to assess our setup thoroughly and provided practical, well-considered advice that we can confidently act on.

What stood out the most was how approachable and professional he was. He was happy to answer any questions and ensure we fully understood both the risks and the recommended control measures.

been client for over 8 years, at the start was great but as the time has gone on we have noticed you are given different information regarding the same thign by different people, sometimes peopel are rude and seem like they dont want to help, they promise 24/7 helpline!!! yeah good luck trying to reach people after hours or before 7am i guess when shift takes over, can leave voicemail and takes somone days to get back to you, if you dont chase them takes a while. when we renewed our contract we were added into a new one that states they can increase price after 1 year, so have been treated like a new clinent even though we have just done 7 years with them. once you sign up they dont care.

10 hours later still havent received a call back.
