Josie super helpful and friendly while doing our site review. She gave us lots of updated information and provided advice where we needed it. We would welcome her back anytime.

Just had a health and safety office inspection, and a fire safety inspection. Lee was pleasant, and efficient. Asked for evidence for the reports and gave some advice in changes, which we implemented the same day.
Also find citation helpful.

The only time i needed them they could not find the employment contract I needed. Do not make the mistake of going with this company, just use an LLM for your documents. Total waste of money. Also not seen a 'safety inspector' for three years despite the promises.

EDIT: Citation are trying to get this review removed as I don't want to provide my details. Makes all the reviews on here suspect.

Went through everything thoroughly. Darrell was happy answering any questions and re going through anything we was sure about. :)

Very disappointing experience with Citation

Unfortunately, my experience with Citation has been extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them based on the service my company has received.

We signed up expecting professional and proactive Health & Safety support, assistance with compliance and help with areas such as SMAS. In reality, I feel the level of meaningful support we received fell well below what I expected for the money we were paying.

The most concerning incident occurred during a visit from a Citation Health & Safety consultant. During that visit, the consultant asked me for a cash payment. I subsequently raised this directly with Citation.

Citation acknowledged in writing that this was a serious matter and said the consultant’s behaviour was not how they would expect their consultants to act. However, I was then told that the consultant had left Citation shortly after our meeting and therefore they could take no further action or carry out any further investigation into the matter.

What I found particularly disappointing was that Citation then stated that, despite what had happened, they did not consider it to have any impact on our contractual relationship.

From my perspective, if someone representing a company I am paying for professional Health & Safety and compliance advice asks me for a cash payment, that is a very serious matter and understandably damages my confidence in that company.

I have also raised concerns about the lack of meaningful service and support we have received for a considerable period, but Citation’s position appears to be that the outstanding account should simply be brought up to date.

I have tried to resolve the matter directly and amicably with Citation, but unfortunately I do not feel my concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.

This review reflects my own experience dealing with Citation and the reasons why I would not personally recommend their service.

On site Health and Safety visit conducted that was efficient and supportive. The inspector Richard Pearson gave great advice to support in continuous improvements. Thank you for a good exprience.

I had my Atlas training with Darrell, and the training went really well. Darrell was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and explained everything clearly. The session was informative and easy to follow. Thank you, Darrell, for your support and guidance.

Nela delivered an excellent and very comprehensive training session. The training was detailed, informative, and easy to follow, giving me a clear understanding of how to manage Health & Safety documentation through the Atlas portal.

She was particularly helpful in guiding us through the setup of risk assessments and RAMS, ensuring everything was completed correctly and efficiently. Nela was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer any questions throughout the session.

The training has given us the confidence to use the Atlas portal effectively and maintain our Health & Safety requirements to a high standard.

Thank you, Nela, for your support and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Mark McGavin carried out the inspection at our office. He was extremely helpful and gave us recommendations in an excellent and non-condescending manner.

Jemel was very easy to speak with and excited about our company and facilities. I was very comfortable during the Assessment visit and really appreciated the level of professionalism and understanding given.

Jon provided me with all the documents outlining the features available to me, both on the website and the app. He also helped me sort out an HR issue I had by connecting me to the right people.

We cannot thank Caroline enough for the outstanding support, expertise and guidance she provided during what was an extremely complex and challenging situation.

After initially attempting to manage matters ourselves without success, Caroline stepped in and immediately brought clarity, structure and a clear strategy to the situation. She not only provided expert advice but also helped us draft the necessary correspondence, anticipated potential issues, and proactively planned the next steps with us.

Throughout the entire process, Caroline was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and thorough, whilst maintaining a wonderfully positive, friendly and reassuring manner. Her expertise gave us complete confidence that we were taking the right approach.

Quite simply, the successful resolution of this situation is 100% down to Caroline’s expert advice, guidance and support. She went above and beyond what we could have hoped for, and we are hugely grateful for everything she did for us.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Caroline to anyone who needs knowledgeable, professional and genuinely outstanding support.
