We had cause to contact the Employment Law Team to chat through a serious matter that had emerged. Ben was excellent, listened carefully, and very quickly assimilated the complexity of the information shared. He provided a range of options and we were able to agree the next steps in terms of consultancy support. This call had followed a previous call a few days before. He had an excellent recollection of the previous call and so I was able to move the conversation along without going back to the beginning. A truly seamless service. Thanks Ben.

We've been using Citation for sometime across different areas of our business but today had some training with Darell and I have to say this was probably the clearest and informative we have had.

We had a great experience with our health and safety consultant Richard Pearce. From the outset, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable, and took the time to go through everything with us properly rather than simply giving us information and leaving us to work it out ourselves.
