Tom Beckett was amazing from the beginning of the integration process until I was confident enough. It was a great experience.

This company phones us multiple times per week, despite us telling them we are not interested in their services. They clearly have no interest in removing our details from their cold calling list, despite us requesting them to do so on many occasions.

Tom Beckett was professional in taking us through the WFM setup. Good onboarding experience.

Richard Pearce came to complete our annual H&S review. Lovely, friendly, helpful and very informative.

The HR consultant assigned to our case, Natalie Hunter, was very helpful and maintained a professional but friendly atmosphere during meetings which resulted in a successful outcome.

Thanks Natalie.

Marie Rose gave me an excellent overview of the Atlas system in two sessions (the first interrupted by an event at the office!). Thank goodness for the videos though, as there was a lot to cover!

Casey very helpful and competent. Highly recommended and very knowledgeable. Thanks for you help and support so far.

Jemel has been so supportive and helpful to us, highly recommeded

Absolutely the most dreadful experience ever.

We are locked into a very long contract - more fool me! And yet the service is appalling. It takes days to get answers, their customer service is even worse than their advice support.

And now it has got to the point where they are costing me money by their delays.

AVOID at all costs.

We have made clear that we will not be using them when our term ends.

The overall service and communication could not fault - really professional and helped us come to a good resolution in a very timely manner. Very prepared and felt relief in having the support and advice. Natalie Hunter is super to work with and fully understood the situation and how best to handle it.

CITATION IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK ALONG SIDE,EVERYONE WHO CARRIES OUT THE SITE VISITS ARE VERY HELPFUL

Excellent service from Citation. We were quickly assigned one of their consultants (Linda), who not only knows her stuff, but went above and beyond in supporting us. Honestly don't know what I would have done without her in-depth knowledge and advice!

The lady was very helpful and spent a lot of time showing me the atlas system

Leon was brilliant. Really helpful and knowledgeable.

Has a health and safety visit from Richard Pearce from citation today. ALL went well and he was able to answer all the questions and explain any thing I didn't understand. We are happy with his service.

Exceptional guidance on ISO requirements for our new business.
As a new company, Truckeco Logistics Ltd has received outstanding support from Citation. Their team provided fantastic service, expertly guiding us through the specific ISO requirements that will benefit our business growth.

I highly recommend their professional services to any new business looking for reliable, expert guidance.

When you can talk to a member of the HR adviser team, they are very helpful and clearly have a lot of experience.

HOWEVER either they are very overloaded or the callback system is broken, since it can take 2-3 days of repeated calls to get a callback when your assigned agent is not available to speak when you call in.

It would solve a lot of stress and pain if there was any form of mechanism to book a time slot with your agent. Having to call in continually to be told by reception the agent is unavailable, and they will put in a urgent callback request, and then get no callback and have to repeat the exact same process for 2 more days, while your employee gets madder and madder and we get more stressed is such a waste of everyone's time and good will. A simple booking system would be far more useful.

As Usual Lee has proved knowledgeable and helpful during his annual visits to us. His experience counts and his advice is always solid.

Richard Pearce was a very jolly and approachable chap, clearly explained what he needed from me and the office landlord to enable a swift audit/inspection process.

Josie P recently came out to inspect our location. She was absolutely brilliant. One of the best consultants I've had encounters with. I highly recommend her and Atlas.
