Citation Ltd Anmeldelser

My interaction with JEMEL was smooth and understandable. He checked all needed to check and created good communication atmosphere.

We were tied into a 10-year contract (Ref. Cause 10). When we attempted to change supplier, we were not permitted to do so due to the terms of the contract. Citation was not UKAS accredited, which subsequently became an issue as some of our customers would not accept their accrediation. Had Citation been UKAS accredited, they would not have been permitted to impose a 10-year contract term.

The feedback does relate to Citation and not to a sister comany, addationally no one from your team has tried to reach out to me to resolve the issue as stated below since my review.

I was supported with a HR issue. Elizabeth Cook was extremly supportive and helpful. HR can be a mindfield however when you have this level of support it certainly makes the process far more tolerable

Richard Pearce was very professional, explaining everything in detail and was happy to help with any questions.

Richard Pearce, H&S Consultant from Citation attended our site today in Stratford to conduct our annual Health & Safety review.

Richard was friendly, professional and approachable throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly in layman’s terms, which made the whole process easy to understand and helped put us at ease. He was also very open and honest, providing helpful advice without making things feel complicated or overwhelming.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and Citation to anyone looking for professional and approachable Health & Safety support.

Great service from start to finish!

Dai Quinn was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel overwhelming.

The visit was really helpful, and the templates and advice he provided have given us a much better understanding of what we need to do going forward. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help rather than just tick a box.

A credit to Citation and a great person to deal with. Thanks again, Dai, for all your help and support.

Tony Major was fabulous! Super helpful and very reassuring! Many thanks !

Jemel Hinds was very knowledgable and helpful with our Annual H&S visit, we have lots of room for improvement, but guidance was provided verbally and via Atlas.

Marie Rose provided excellent training on how to navigate and use the Atlas platform. She was thorough, engaging, and really helpful, offering practical tips that made the platform’s more complex features much easier to understand. She was a pleasure to work with, and I really appreciated her support. Thank you Marie!

Very informative and conducted in a professional manner with a clear and concise explanation off items that needed actions/ attention.

Josie Parsons was extremely friendly and professional! We look forward to working along side her in the future.

Leon was extremely helpful during his visit! Couldn't have been nicer and made everything clear for us.

On Friday 11 Sep 2026, we had our 7th annual ISO 27001 audit with Ben Frisby of Citation. Ben was thorough and methodical, and his knowledge and experience was evident. I was impressed. Happy to recommend Citation for ISO audits.

Marie Rose was very helpful at showing me the platform, making it simple and informative

Great visit and made the procedural aspects of the day enjoyable and light hearted while maintaining professionalism. Jemel is an asset to the business.

Wayne carried out our health and safety review at our nursery setting with consideration of our setting/policies and with a professional but approachable manner. Wayne was helpful and explained things clearly.

Josie Parsons came out to do the site visit for our H&S and Fire Assessment. She was very friendly, informative and thorough and explained everything. She reported back timely with all of her findings of the Assessment. Very happy thanks Josie!!

Seamless audit , would request the same auditor returns next year .

The training on the platform was expertly given by the lovely Marie online. She was very easy to work with, lovely and chatty, very competent, knowledgeable and thorough. We have been very impressed by the Atlas platform provided by Citation and look forward to getting it up and running with all the staff!

Our second year using Citation and had our H&S assessment visit carried out at both our residential care homes by Josie this week. Really helpful and friendly with great advice. Great service 🙂
