Leon Deverson made the process efficient and organised knowing businesses have to keep going while having assessments. Thank you

We found our Client Success Executive, Jon Vamplew, extremely helpful throughout our time with the service. He was always very responsive to emails, returned calls promptly and helped wherever he could.

He acted as a great liaison for us, always taking the time to understand and clarify our feedback and making sure it was passed on to the relevant teams.

We really appreciated his support, professionalism and responsiveness, and our experience of working with him was very positive.

Jemel was very professional and explained everything in depth. He was thorough with his approach and put our mind, as a service at ease.
Would be very happy to have Jemel back for a site visit.

I am very happy to give Wayne Thompson, the Health Safety and Fire Consultant who came in to carryout our first annual review, five stars. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, practical and friendly.

Regarding, Citation/Atlas overall - we are very happy with the online training provided. The system is complicated and not very intuitive but OK once you get your head around it.

If you sign-up, make sure your read your contract very careful and be mindful that there is a team of people who are clearly trained and expected to hard-sell and up-sell at every opportunity. That isn't ideal but I understand they have a job to do.

Great visit from Christian, who helped and sorted our RA to ensure they were compliant. great service by a great consultant.

Very happy with Saira's in-depth and thorough advice and guidance

Excellent service from Lindsay Nieroba.
This was my first time dealing with Lindsay and I was really impressed with how helpful, responsive and efficient she was throughout.
I had a query and a number of amendments that needed dealing with, and Lindsay responded promptly each time, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process incredibly straightforward.
It genuinely makes my life easier when you receive this level of support and can get things resolved so quickly.
Thank you, Lindsay – your help and excellent service has been very much appreciated!

Richard Pearce recently carried out our Health and Safety visit, and I was very impressed with the service provided. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the visit, while also maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered our questions in a way that was easy to understand. A very positive experience and a valuable visit. Thank you, Richard.

Richard Buttriss was great on our annual visit from citation. Really helped us out and explained everything so well with some really good advice. 5 stars from us at melport electrical!

Salesman and health and safety people were great in getting us started and onboarded.

Then it became clear that what we have been over promised and completely under supported. Customer service is absolutely shocking. three account managers in three months. one simple query has been ongoing for at least 8 weeks and I'm constantly not getting responses to emails, phone calls or any other excuse they come up with. 9/10 times you call no ones available and no call back. packages your sold end up not being quite what you thought. seems like once you've signed they could not care less about service and know that taking them to court will be near impossible to actually win with there incredibly well made contracts and experience in the field of law.

Ms.Nela- The inspector provided clear and constructive guidance throughout the visit. They reviewed all the necessary documentation and provided helpful clarification regarding the recommendations made. The inspection was conducted in a professional and supportive manner, with particular attention given to health and safety and the overall safety and suitability of the home environment. The guidance provided was valuable in helping us understand the areas for improvement and ensuring that the required standards continue to be maintained.

We have been very pleased with the service provided by Jemel. He is professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer all questions, providing clear and practical advice whenever required.

He was extremely helpful in ensuring our health and safety procedures, documentation and working practices were kept up to date and compliant.

As a new business, I chose Citation because I wanted professional compliance support and peace of mind. During the sales process, I specifically asked multiple times whether their service covered all the policies, procedures and risk assessments my children's nursery required. I was repeatedly told yes, and this was a major reason I signed the contract.

After signing, I discovered this WAS NOT the case. I was told that many nursery-specific policies and risk assessments were not included, meaning I had to go elsewhere and pay for what I believed I had already purchased. I also had to complete our daily risk assessments myself. Why tell me they are included if they are not?

Then came a serious confidentiality issue. Within the first three months, Citation called our nursery and left private and confidential information on a voicemail accessible to staff. A few weeks later, they disclosed further confidential information to a member of my team without establishing who they were or whether they were authorised to receive it. My staff member even told them I would be with them shortly, but the information was still disclosed. This left that staff member uncertain about me and about my business and I had to do damage control for a mistake they made.
I raised a formal complaint in February and spent around five months chasing for answers. Citation eventually acknowledged fault and apologised, but still told me I could not leave the contract.

When I said this wasn't acceptable, I was then asked if I wanted to escalate my complaint through their formal complaints process — after I'd already spent five months doing exactly that.

The technology is awful. The app doesn't work properly on a tablet and the desktop system is extremely slow, despite my role requiring me to work on the nursery floor with a tablet.

The biggest issue is trust. I signed because I believed the assurances I was given. Instead, I've faced additional costs, confidentiality concerns, months of chasing, poor usability and a contract I feel trapped in despite Citation acknowledging fault.

I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before signing. If you're considering Citation, get absolutely everything in writing and make sure you know exactly what is and isn't included before committing to a long-term contract.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

It seems that they seek their 5* reviews from the health and safety coming to businesses, because they are thorough and helpful, but that seems to be the only good thing about them all other reviews state how people feel trapped in long term contracts with a company who doesn't fill their obligation.

Josie was amazing, friendly and helpful, she answered all the questions I had without hesitation and guided me expertly through the whole inspection, her feedback is perfect for making sure my business is not only compliant but above the standards. Thanks Josie

JEMEL is a great Man with wealth of knowlege and experience.

Today our office was attended by Jemel from Citation.
