A+ This is my second time working with CIBT. I worked with the same agent, Rina who was amazing. Got everything sorted, answered questions and made the experience very easy.

My experience with CIBT was great. My assigned agent Gem F. was just amazing. From day one Gem was so helpful and extremely prompt to answer my questions and concerns. Made the whole passport book and card renewal process painless. 5 Stars+.

Everything went wrong. We applied for Bristish short-term visa via CIBT last December, and still have received nothing but rejections and AI emails, after paying over $100 US or 109 British pounds, and submitting 3 photos per person. Horrible experience. We will go with a more efficient service, not CIBT.

I've used this visa service for two decades. It's fast, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was somewhat less satisfactory than earlier encounters, though. Applications for Chinese visas are now done electronically. Unfortunately, CIBT haven't updated their instructions, so much of the information on their website and in their messages was confusing and required several calls to sort out. Additionally, some of the tips that staff provided me, like using my phone camera instead of Walgreens for passport photos, could have been made available on their website. Finally, CIBT sent me confusing email messages, like the one that informed me that my visa was still being processed on the very day that it was returned to me.

My agent D'Marco Anthony was very helpful and got the process done in time. Some very minor issues but it all got fixed. Process was fast.

When I discovered the exorbitant charges for using CIBT to apply for a Canadian ETA I cancelled my application straight away and got the ETA directly from the embassy for 7 dollars. CIBT ignored my requests and charged me £201. Theft, they are scammers.

My experience was quite impressive. I have now used the CIBT Association 3 times and they have shown terrific professionalism from start to finish keeping me involved every step of the procedure which has relieved the stresses that become present when you send your passport document into them for processing. We used the premier service due to our need for a fast turnaround. Gem was very easy to work with, professional, and took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and to keep us abreast of progress from start to finish. We were very fortunate to have his support and highly appreciate his attention to detail.

Appalling that I was charged before I even started submitting the visa and it wasn't until 8 days later, when I received the final invoice detailing what had been taken from my account, that I saw I have been charged twice what the website stated. The total invoice was almost £500 for a service that was little different from what I would have got for £20 if I had gone direct. Absolutely no excuse for these hidden charges

I have used CIBT several times in the past decade and they are always exemplary. My recent interaction with CIBT agent Gem was fantastic - the best ever. They are professional, efficient, helpful, timely and kind. I so appreciate their guidance and assistance because often you are performing these services not for oneself but for an executive. Thank you CIBT for providing excellent service all around - from the agent to the office in NYC - great job.

CIBT was easy to deal with and when I was stumped by certain requirements, they responded promptly.
Quick support and quick turnaround with my visa.
The only downside was that the service seemed pricey...I was surprised, but paid.

Poor communication and execution, extremely frustrating to work through this visa process. Did not give anything close to premium service, which we purchased. Alina, our rep, was hard to reach and didn't view or reply to emails in a timely manner - to the point that I had to continue to reach out by phone to ask them to read and follow up on my emails. There is no weekend help line for emergency assistance. Do not recommend. Passport was returned late and flight was missed! We were notified of the shipping date and tracking number for an overnight package; it was never shipped on the date stated. We were issued a new tracking number and ship date three days later which meant the international flight was missed. This flight being the whole reason why we utilized this service in the first place.

I applied for a Canadian ETA through this agency and received horrible service. It took 9 days (!!!) during which they were not able to provide any feedback on why it's taking so long.
After losing all hope to get support from this agency I just applied myself 2 days before my flight and got my ETA approved within a couple of hours.
EXTREMELY incompetent

My second time using this service. Such a stress saver! I am so glad I used them to obtain my Visa for my return trip to Kenya. Definitely Worth the money spent. Thank you !

Online experience not brilliant, followed all the prompts and paid the fees on 15/1/2026. Heard nothing so chased on 6/3/2026 to find that my information had been dumped and I had to complete the process again. Direct contact with the visa teams was excellent and the visa’s were back to me by 15/3/2026, very professional and helpful staff.

Customer service is poor, they submitted first time without my wife’s photograph due to negligence, application was rejected have to pay twice because of CIBT Mistake to get UK ETA. I don’t recommend this company

Great support provided by Ismael who was always accessible and able to address whatever questions I had. The China visa process was more involved than I expected, and it was great to have the support of Ismael and the CIBT team to make sure it was complete. My visa even arrived early which was such a relief!
