Unfortunately the last 2 experiences were not good. Agents and team leads clearly not up to date on Schengen visa process. Rather than follow instructions of first visa decline letter they did the same for the second application and the result was the same, declined. Third application they were unable to find suitable dates. Managed to do so on my own.
Really unfortunate, the agent did try but seems not guided well.

After reviewing all my documentation, they asked me to resend a photo of my passport due to glare. I followed all the instructions and uploaded another file- second file submitted without any glare. They again asked me to resubmit. This time, I was unable to resubmit the photo. I sent an email to the company. They replied with the same info- resubmit the photo. I replied that I was in a loop and unable to resubmit on their website and asked for my money back. I used another service and received my visa in 24 hours. They refuse to refund my money, no answer. I rarely write reviews and wanted to save others the hassle.

As a busy and competent professional, I really appreciate how CIBT have an online form that guides you through the process and gives you all the requirement to work through at your own self pace - no dependency on two-way email correspondence. The user experience and interface of the form for my e-visa was clear and simple to follow - it's my second purchase and CIBT are worth the premium price for peace of mind and efficiency!

This service is very reliable & professional. I needed my passport renewed quickly as it will be expiring soon. I didn't want to take a chance & renew it myself manually and risk it being delayed or lost in the mail. We use this service at my company for business related travel issues regarding Visas / All Passport related matters / Electronic Busi Visas (though it is fully reimbursable if the request is for company business travel). Unfortunately I had to pay out-of-pocket being that I do not travel for business at my job. Honestly this service is very expensive, but I had 100% customer service working with me throughout the entire process from beginning to end. I felt like there's no price on peace of mind when it involves processing of any legal documents/materials.

I was directed here by Princess Cruises. It was fairly easy to navigate, although it rejected scans and pictures. But it prompted me to try again. I am still waiting to receive my document. So far, I would say I recommend using them.

I thought I had filled out my application as CIBT took my £495 off me I mean why would you take money for not being able to provide a service albeit it is for me to finish but this wasn't clear. I only found out when I logged into the system after the weekend to see I had to call them to finish the application so I did. Once I understood what needed to be done I finished the call and started the process most of which was information they already had so about 90% of it was duplication. The worst thing was the system kept crashing and my passport photo wouldn't upload so I have to call again after the error message said the only way to finish was to call them. I finally got it done but then I have been getting messages from my mobile phone operator to say I was being charged for some irregular calls outside of my plan. Odd I thought. I followed through to find that the calls to CIBT are on a premium cost line and the calls I made have totalled over £30 and are still coming which suggests it is a borderline scam. I have noted and reported to my operator and they are following up.
The good news is that the visa came through but this is far from a good customer experience.

The CIBT team initiated the process promptly by reaching out the day after the application was submitted. They provided clear instructions and assigned a dedicated team member to guide me through the next steps. The team efficiently prepared the package for the consulate and kept me informed with regular updates after submission, including expected completion and delivery dates.

A+ This is my second time working with CIBT. I worked with the same agent, Rina who was amazing. Got everything sorted, answered questions and made the experience very easy.

My experience with CIBT was great. My assigned agent Gem F. was just amazing. From day one Gem was so helpful and extremely prompt to answer my questions and concerns. Made the whole passport book and card renewal process painless. 5 Stars+.

Everything went wrong. We applied for Bristish short-term visa via CIBT last December, and still have received nothing but rejections and AI emails, after paying over $100 US or 109 British pounds, and submitting 3 photos per person. Horrible experience. We will go with a more efficient service, not CIBT.
P.S. CIBT did fully refunded application costs after 4 months and our change to a different ETA company. Hence, my change in rating.

I've used this visa service for two decades. It's fast, reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My most recent experience was somewhat less satisfactory than earlier encounters, though. Applications for Chinese visas are now done electronically. Unfortunately, CIBT haven't updated their instructions, so much of the information on their website and in their messages was confusing and required several calls to sort out. Additionally, some of the tips that staff provided me, like using my phone camera instead of Walgreens for passport photos, could have been made available on their website. Finally, CIBT sent me confusing email messages, like the one that informed me that my visa was still being processed on the very day that it was returned to me.

My agent D'Marco Anthony was very helpful and got the process done in time. Some very minor issues but it all got fixed. Process was fast.

When I discovered the exorbitant charges for using CIBT to apply for a Canadian ETA I cancelled my application straight away and got the ETA directly from the embassy for 7 dollars. CIBT ignored my requests and charged me £201. Theft, they are scammers.

My experience was quite impressive. I have now used the CIBT Association 3 times and they have shown terrific professionalism from start to finish keeping me involved every step of the procedure which has relieved the stresses that become present when you send your passport document into them for processing. We used the premier service due to our need for a fast turnaround. Gem was very easy to work with, professional, and took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and to keep us abreast of progress from start to finish. We were very fortunate to have his support and highly appreciate his attention to detail.

Appalling that I was charged before I even started submitting the visa and it wasn't until 8 days later, when I received the final invoice detailing what had been taken from my account, that I saw I have been charged twice what the website stated. The total invoice was almost £500 for a service that was little different from what I would have got for £20 if I had gone direct. Absolutely no excuse for these hidden charges

I have used CIBT several times in the past decade and they are always exemplary. My recent interaction with CIBT agent Gem was fantastic - the best ever. They are professional, efficient, helpful, timely and kind. I so appreciate their guidance and assistance because often you are performing these services not for oneself but for an executive. Thank you CIBT for providing excellent service all around - from the agent to the office in NYC - great job.

CIBT was easy to deal with and when I was stumped by certain requirements, they responded promptly.
Quick support and quick turnaround with my visa.
The only downside was that the service seemed pricey...I was surprised, but paid.
