This service is a scam. You can do the same thing for free via paper or a government website. I used them during a flight to Belize. They did not disclose they charge $85 for processing the application and you don’t see the charge until you have submitted the application and are sent a receipt. In addition, despite paying for ‘fast’ service, I did not get my documents in time and had to use the paper version anyway. Avoid this criminal enterprise.

totally confusing had to wait over 1 hour to get any help from a human costs very high web site so unfriendly cant login with number to check status on my application wanted to cancel once I found out I could get for free they had done nothing could get my money back

They reply fast but are such a scam don’t trust at all. They don’t do shit and don’t get you visas they just fill out an easy free document. So annoying lost $100 for noting

Absolute scam. Paid $20 to get entry documents for Singapore. Got documents full of errors - wrong passport expiry date, wrong email address, wrong length of stay. Because of this i checked my credit card and had been charged $267. Am disputing this charge with my c/c company and filled out entry documents on official govt site FOR FREE.

This online service is absolutely unprofessional in my experience. I will never use it again and strongly hope other travelers choose more reliable options.
I paid them $65 for a Taiwan Arrival Card last month, then changed my itinerary due to schedule conflicts and requested a full refund. They initially promised in writing to refund the full amount but never followed through.
After 10 days of waiting, they claimed they could only refund 30% as final, saying the rest was a government application fee, even though the Taiwan government clearly states on its website that there is NO FEE for the TAC application. On top of that, the only phone number I found (on my credit card statement, not on their website) was non‑functional, so it was impossible to reach anyone to resolve this unpleasant matter. Overall, this feels more like an opportunistic scam than a genuine travel service.
The only positive is that American Express credited me with the full amount after I disputed the charge and provided the company’s own refund email as evidence.

I would give zero stars if possible. I think this is as close to a scam site as you can get. Subsequent to using this company for an eEntry form for cambiodia I subsequently learned that you can do the same for free on a Camboidian govt site.

Please do not resort to them. It is a total scam. You will be provided SGCA only after multiple reminders, and even then the document delivered will be totally wrong. The chatbot will urge you to apply again and pay fees. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THIS. No human agent will help you.

Priority processing fee $20.00 which I never even clicked on. These fees showed up after checkout it only showed $20.00 being charged to my CC. Do not use this site when you can get it for $20 on a legit site which I thought I had clicked on.

Through this website they made me pay 65$ for a Taiwan Arrival Card. I didn’t know it is actual for free if you use the government website. Feels like a scam.

The website overcharges significantly for a service it does not provide. I paid for 2 Cmabodian e-visas. I was sent aQR code. When I showed this at this at the desk in Cambodia they simply laughed and sent me over to the e-VIsa arrival queue to apply and pay. So not only did I npay $212 before I left Australia but also had to pay an additional $60USD upon arrival into Cambodia. Upon arriving back home ZERO support or acknowledgement from the TSmart website. I have lodged a complaint with the abnk and Consumer protection. This website is a scam and do not care.

This company is highly misleading and, in my experience, operates in a way that feels like a scam.

They are charging for a “digital arrival card” service for entering Thailand, which is actually provided for free by the government. This alone is extremely concerning.

On top of that, their application did not even work, so I was unable to complete the process. Fortunately, an immigration officer confirmed that I did not need to pay anything for this service in the first place.

Despite this, I was still charged approximately $90. When I requested a refund—despite their advertised “money-back guarantee”—they only issued a partial refund, even though I never used their service at all.

This is completely unacceptable and highly unethical.

I strongly advise others not to use this company. I will be escalating this matter further.

Si tratta di una truffa. Ho pagato 84 dollari per il visto per la Malesia che in realtà è gratuito. Provando a chiedere un rimborso si entra in una serie di procedure complesse, volte a scoraggiare la richiesta. Pur riuscendo a completare la richiesta dopo pochi minuti dal pagamento, dichiarano di rifondere la metà della spesa. Aspetto per verificare se effettivamente restituiranno ma ne dubito.

La página no es necesaria, aparece como primera opción cuando tratas de emitir tu ED Card, pero sólo te estafan con cobros infladísimos innecesarios.

do not use these guys - It let me apply for a vise that wasnt needed. I have now been fighting BOTS for over 2 months to get a refund. They promised a full refund within 5 working days and it still hasnt happened. Their own refund policy is a total fraud and they dont follow it. 1 star because I cannot give less. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!
