Having issue with the chargers as always and your employee can not even realise she has an IT issues when she says it herself to someone that all the calls keep dropping. No they don't we just hang up and dial again hoping to get someone else. If I would have to rely mainly on your services to charge my car I would go back to diesel or petrol...

If I could give MINUS stars, I would. Because of this company's USELESS systems, I am now £140 out of pocket, the week before payday day and the customer sales advisor states it'll be 3 to 7 WORKING DAYS before I get my money back. The charge point wouldn't work and I have been charged 4 pre-authorising payments trying to get it to work... Disgrace of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Take few time pre authorisation money and never charge a car. Now need to wait about 10 working days for get it back. Ridiculous

Everything; the app won't accept saved password on phone , back forwards to reset email carry on manage to use it to charge the car , £75 deposit , when finished said took £ 16 ods for charge , bank has taken £35 charge =£110 for 1 day 10 days + to reimburse, Thank you Scottish Government letting people down yet again !!!

It's been a year since I last used one of their charge points.
Just as bad as ever. Nothing intuitive, an app that's dysfunctional, would not accept electroverse card, errors on app
Should be 10x easier than it is.

Has to be the most unreliable charging service in the uk.

If visiting Scotland avoid these chargers at all costs. Do not plan your route/charging based on these. They very rarely work. Often not even powered on.

Lot of broken chargers and it takes them weeks to fix. You just can’t rely on them at all. This has been going on for years and getting worse. Total shambles!

I tried to connect through various apps and finally just payment card but no luck charging . It took payment but still didn't charge. Connectivity seemed poor and there was no feedback on the screen . Useless at Castleview park and ride. I can see there is a pending charge on my card now but there was no indication it was charging just kept saying disconnect

Rubbish! Tried to use points that were working and available in Dundee city centre 3 different points and all failed. I tried several attempts so now I have to wait until the 7 x £35 hold is off my card.
I reached out to ask when the money would be released and they have blamed the bank. It’s not the bank that puts the hold in place it’s them! Trying to pass the buck so now I’m waiting on my funds being released. Rubbish service, diabolical customer service, absolute joke.

Tried to use a charger which was showing as available on their app. After several failed attempts phoned the help line only to be told that the charger had been faulty for a month!

Not a very good service for people living in the country, very few working power points and the ones that are working are often occupied, to try and encourage drivers to switch to electric the power infrastructure needs to be in place, at the moment in the Scottish borders it's definitely not.

One star. Total waste of time and money. Useless call centre. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Absolutely abysmal service, first time trying to use a charger, tried webpay 3 times, didn’t work, £105 away like that.
Phoned up, got told that webpay doesn’t work for that particular charger, had to use app.
7 days later and still waiting for my £105,
Shocking company, terrible service, scammers. Don’t use their chargers

If you are low on cash do not use, it takes a 35£ block on your debit card then fails, if you try again it’s another 35 and so on and can take 10 days before it’s refunded.
Have been to 5 different points and never got charge once and that’s the ones that were green, half I visited were off and broken!
How could a company and charging points be so bad!

No signage up around the charger showing overstay fees, very misleading for people who are using a RFID £78 now out of pocket clearer guidance is needed! Will not be using chargers again!!!

Given 1 star as this is the lowest mark possible. Dreadful company which is a waste of tax payers money. Unreliable. Actually reliably unreliable as they are always broken. In 4 years of owning an ev I have never managed to get one to work. The app is hopeless. Payment method antiquated. Why do you need a card or membership? If you buy petrol or diesel you don’t have to be a member of a club, just have a method of payment ie credit card. A truly national embarrassment on a par with the ferry fiasco.

Continually fails to connect after taking the £35 reserve. 3 times it failed meaning for the next 3-5 working days I am down £105 until refunded. At the end of January this is not what's needed. Standing in the cold and rain at 7:30 in the morning trying to get this to work, needing to change ports ect. This happens most times you try to plug in.

This is a shocking service for the second time in a couple of months half the charging stations not working. What is the point of electric cars if you cant get a reliable charging point

So Chargeplace Scotland is moving over to EZO in the Highlands, apparently to offer a "more efficient service". They have my contact details but did they bother to inform me? NO! I had to discover this for myself, when stopping to charge my car.on a long journey south from Wick. Only way to charge the car was to download the EZO app. But guess what? There are still places in Highland.where mobile data is non existent and so I had to limp on in.early January in sub zero temperatures with no heating on to be sure of making it to the next charging point 50 miles away! I have to use the EZO chargers 4 times in the past few weeks as I have been travelling to Inverness to visit my sick elderly mum in hospital (the last time to bring her home). On 3 out of the 4 occasions I have had problems with the app (which is awful (and/or the charging points. Tonight it took 40 minutes moving between 2 chargers to get one of the damned things to work. Not ideal when you're trying to get an elderly invalid home! My next car is going to be a hybrid!
