Very Satisfied. The fact that NC solar took care of all…
The fact that NC solar took care of all the required documentation and permitting with the county and Duke Energy. They were responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the project. When the install began the onsite crew was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I am very satisfied with the end result.

Thrilled with NC Solar Now
We are thrilled with our new solar system from NC Solar Now. From the first consultation (which we initiated), through the install, the team at NC Solar Now walked us through every option available to us, every step of the way. When we changed our minds the # of batteries we wanted, they pivoted with us. When we needed a refresher on how different financing options could affect us long term, they did not hesitate to talk us through everything once again. Once we finalized our plan and signed the paperwork, everything moved more quickly than anticipated, but they let us set the pace for the actual install. We could not be happier with the quality of the system and ongoing support of the team.

The most important thing to know is they know what they are doing
Getting my solar panels was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and concerned over me understanding whaI was getting. They helped me work with my electric power provider to make sure I got all the incentives and help from them that I could get. Everyone was friendly, concerned and helpfull. The best part was my first full power bill where I actually had a power bill credit and no real bill.
