Hi Tariq,
First and foremost we don't sell counterfeit goods, we're a vat registered LTD. company. We use Klarna, Clear pay, Paypal Pro you have to go through strict vetting procedures which include sending all your invoices & clearance forms to use the services of the above entities.
You have also left a similar review previously on our partner business page which you later amended. It seem's all reviews you leave are negative.
You have not emailed us regarding your order but we have a 14 day returns policy if you do not like the item you can return it for a refund.
Many Thanks,
Chance Fashion
Customer service needs mad improvement!
Purchased a Canada Goose coat. Arrived stuffed into a small box - turns out it was a ladies coat (didn’t specify anywhere on the website that it was a ladies coat). Took a while for customer service to get back to me - told me to send it back for a full refund and return postage costs covered. Took nearly a week for the refund to be given - still charged me the delivery cost and did not refund the return postage cost after I sent them a receipt as proof of the costs incurred. Stopped replying to my messages so I’m essentially £20 out of pocket for delivery charges because of their issue!
Would not use again. Shoddy customer service.

Hi Louise,
We would just like to clarify you did not make your order with FREE delivery as stated. You paid £6 for delivery and as a good will gesture we refunded this as you later saw a FREE DELIVERY offer however you then returned the item you purchased so we refunded you the value of the item.
Most customers understand and appreciate that shipping is not free nor refunded if the parcel is returned. We did advise you of this over email but we was going round in circles.
We accept the feedback and understand in this line of business we can't please everyone.
Many Thanks,
Chance Fashion

MISLEADING RETURN POLICY
Return police not outlined before sale, staff were extremely vague when came to querying. This is done on purpose to be misleading. I’m happy to shop with independent retailers and support them if they’re honest, but this isn’t the case with this retailer. Will shop at Flannels next time so if you ever wonder why you struggle to compete with them, here’s why. Honesty.
