I ordered and didn’t check the return situation and unfortunately my item didn’t fit. I reached out and they sorted it straight away for a full refund.
Just wanted to put on here as various people have been negative about the process, but they do offer refunds and I will buy from them again.

I bought a few things from Matrix Menswear and it was all good.
I had some minor issue with Royal Mail (their delivery courier) and It was sorted quickly.
Quality wise - perfect. I'll keep shopping for them.

Absolutely shocking . This is a SCAM site I have paid for 2x Burberry polo tops
Delivery allegedly made by DPD missing parcel. Police report filed crime number given
2 months later no resolution after £600 now emails get ignored

Very disappointing experience. The returns policy seems heavily weighted against the customer, even when returning an unopened package which was paid next day delivery and wasn’t revived next day but 3 days later. Extra fees and restrictions make the process frustrating and leave a poor impression on the customer. Selling premium clothing but giving btec service. Fortunately, I won’t be shopping here again and will be telling others about my experience.

Was unsure on sizing of an item but messaged via Instagram with a few questions and was helped and reassured from the start with quick responses so placed my order item was delivered next day could not ask for better item was as advertised and great quality. This was my first purchase from here and will definitely use again. Thanks for been so helpful.

Do not buy from this company. They refuse to give refunds and try to offer store credit or an exchange. I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks now with no progress!

They’ll tell you there’s a technical issue with their refund system.

I'm having no response on a duplicate order made in error hence will have no option but to raise a complaint and a credit card claim.

The returns process is borderline illegal. You are faced at the return portal with only an option of exchange. I contacted and they advised the return portal was not working as it should. If I return the item I would receive a full refund. The item has since been returned. Now 2 weeks later I receive a further e-mail to ask me if I would like a credit note or refund please go to the portal. Once again I am unable to access the portal. This e-mail is despite an e-mail a week ago to state they had issued the refund. It would appear they make the return process do complex and avoid paying refunds that it is borderline illegal.
