Honestly I was asked if I'd like to do a review. In my opinion it comes across as false advertisement for the Samuel Alexander Foldable Deluxe SUP Chair with Storage Compartment for Stand Up Paddle Boards.
Reasons why no built-in storage compartment / storage compartment as described in the descriptions on the item / product.
Or I ended up with completely different seats to what I ordered.

Trainers had a significant defect…
Trainers had a significant defect through a manufacturing fault. Rackhams failed to offer returns and refund as per normal high standards of customer service. After email exchanges, a returns label was supplied at my request. The star is given for swift refund on receipt of the returned trainers. I very much doubt that I will use Rackhams again.

A beautiful quality piece.
My order arrived promptly and was well packaged, I was so pleased with the tray it was so much nicer even than it looked online, it is a lovely quality piece that fits into my space perfectly.

Do not buy this crate.
I have bought this crate twice now but as soon as your dog presses on gate in any sort of way it loosens. I would never buy this crate again as the gates just break with any sort of pressure from your dog. My dog has broken out 3 times. Rackhams service was excellent but crate let's it down.

The instructions are very poor as the buuld design, there is a hose that clips ti the side of sprayer and bolts supplied are not fit for purpose, the axel needs to have something to stop nuts going on lots 1 side and not so much othere

We can confirm that the light grey model you selected is the version that was delivered. The product listing does include multiple images to show the colour as clearly as possible, along with a note that lighting and screen settings can affect how colours appear. That said, we do understand how frustrating it is when the item does not match expectations in your home environment.
We would also like to clarify that your email has not been ignored. We have been in regular contact since you raised this with us and have been working to find a suitable resolution, including offering a goodwill discount.
Due to the size and nature of the item, return shipping is particularly costly, which is why collection and replacement is not something we are able to offer when the item is not faulty. This is outlined on the product page, but we appreciate this may still be disappointing in practice.
