I have been trying to contact this company since 11th April every single day. Phone numbers non existent, emails bounce back ( I have proof) not 1 send! And when you try to contact them online chat they don't get back to you. I have been trying to organise a return for nearly a week now and there " website says return in 7 days" how? How could you possibly do that then? I've spent nearly £72 on an essentials hoody for my 12 year old son it's miles to big so what on earth am I supposed to do? I've had enough now!!!!

Tried to contact Royal Culture on 4 occasions regarding an order ordered 23rd March and not had 1 response, still waiting for order to arrive or update regarding delivery, says on the 8th April it will take 2/3 days but now 15th and still nothing, the lack of communication is not good enough.

There has been a complete lack of contact. I have received no response regarding my order, and the package has not been delivered. This situation is unacceptable, and the website should be blocked to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

Hoodie is amazing, great pice , good fast communication . Took a few weeks to arrive. I ordered in plenty time for grandsons birthday. . So wasn’t an issue worth the wait . Definitely be ordering again

Great prices and communication but items took 3 weeks to arrive but was tracked all the way with authenticity guarantee.

Ordered a pair of trainer as a present for my daughter it arrived a month later, absolute waste of time and disappointment. Will never order from them again.

But to be fare I only gave the two stars because of their positive communication via email. Thanks Jack.

10 days after order and still no signs of my parcel, worried this website is a scam!

Honestly, I read all the reviews got worried if they were going to arrive because the shipping was taking a while. I was also worried if they were going to be fake. I was really surprised and really happy with the shoe at the price I brought it. I will be buying from them again.

Ordered 3rd March. Still not received. And no communication. Scammers. Avoid.

I have been sat waiting for my delivery. It states left in a safe place. A bin. Nothing there???? Help please??

I have tried to WhatsApp to the contact number but it says you don't have WhatsApp. I found a second number on your website and this sends an auto reply saying contact you via chat.

I have contacted via chat and it states to contact via email or live chat.

I have also tried texting!

Happy with the shorts ordered; we were kept informed of the progress of the order and they were carefully packaged up. All told, happy with our purchase and a good service.

Wasn't the quickest, but then I expected that, it is the price of getting a good deal. Asics ordered were good value (circa £20 less than from main dealers). Size as expected and good fit for my son.

After reading so many negative reviews I was feeling apprehensive about whether or not I would receive my order but I am very happy with the customer service and my purchase.
Every time I emailed for an update on my order I got a reply within the hour with reassurance and tracking details. I will have no hesitation ordering from this company again.

After a reasonable time considering where parcel was coming from. Goods arrived, very pleased with them, and the verification process. Would use again.

Still waiting for my parcel it says on their website that it has been delivered to the local delivery office and when I rang up they said they are still waiting for it to arrive

Company isn’t legit. Do not buy from here. I emailed them regarding changing my address and they sent me a very unprofessional email telling me that I’m scamming them by changing my address even though everything is in my name and they still have my money. ‘Jacks’ a joker and the company will be dealt with accordingly.

Money taken from our account and no confirmation email- it’s now been nearly two weeks. We have emailed with our name - we did not get an order number just the money taken out. I have filled out the form my partner ordered them - Oli

I would like to thank you for the quality of the shoes I received. The product is very good, comfortable, and meets my expectations.

However, I would like to mention that the delivery took much longer than expected. The shipping delay was disappointing and caused inconvenience.

I hope this issue will be improved in the future, as the product itself is excellent.
