Hi Martin,
We have not had any contact regarding the delivery, we have checked the tracking & can see the parcel was collected from a pick up shop. DPD do not allow parcels of this value to be left safe for the customers protection.
Kind Regards

Hi Nick
Unfortunately you placed your order after 2pm on Friday which is our cut off for either next working day delivery or Saturday delivery. DPD do not collect from us over the weekend which meant your order was collected Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Happy with product
Happy with product , price and communication ! Downside for a £199 tee shirt the packaging was very poor IE a plastic bag ! The othe issue was they addressed the bag house 36 instead of 35 which is on thief records ! House 36 were not in so they delivered it further down the Road. Other than that I am happy with the tee shirt!

Paid £12.99 for next day delivery as I needed the item for Saturday, didn’t receive the item until Monday. I have now been told that not only do I need to pay for the return of the item, but I am not even receive refund of the delivery charge of £12.99 which I paid. Disgusting customer service, have to chase up responses, I will not be buying again, and I have found the tshirt £80 cheaper on YOOX.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are disappointed with your experience. We rely on a courier company to fulfil the delivery option we select and pay for, however occasionally they experience delays with deliveries for numerous reasons which are out of our control. We can only apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
We have already offered to refund you for Saturday delivery cost via email.
Kind Regards,
Chance
