Delivery scheduled last Thu, 10-2. Driver called at 4 pm (1st contact) to deliver in the next 2 hours. Declined & called Home Depot to reschedule to the following Thu. I checked the delivery status on Monday & noted delivery was reschedule to Tue, not Thu. Called Home Depot again Monday, & they asked me to call back tomorrow. Called Tuesday & Home Depot told me to call Central Transport direct. Called Central Transport direct & they confirmed delivery was rescheduled to Thu. Tue Central Transport driver called at 4 pm to tell me they were outside with the delivery.

Never trust these people with your load unless you don't need your product delivered. My load is 5 days late and I can't get straight answers out of anybody. Nobody knows what's going on. Nobody knows where my stuff is or when it will be delivered

If I could give less I would. There absolutely terrible. Be warned, any company that uses them, I would highly suggest asking for a different delivery service. If that's not an option, then I would not do business through the company that is using them as a delivery service. I'm not Someone to leave reviews but after 3 days of delays, no communication, and terrible customer service. I hit my breaking point. I'm in disbelief

Do Not Use These Clowns
We used these clowns on an inbound and an outbound shipment. In spite of completely robust palletizing, shrink wrapped, banded and corner and top protection, they managed serious damage on both. Our customer called and held the driver two hours to check every carton. Had to replace 63 cartons and one part. That was the good shipment. They lost 83 parts, damaged 12 more, and when the shipment arrived, 48 pcs had no packaging whatsoever. These are expensive electrical parts. We lost $4k on a shipment totaling $9k. The claims department says parts were delivered as they were picked up. Yeah, right. Do yourself a favor and use anybody but Central Tranport. They are not a legitimate choice to trust your business with. Dishonest, disreputable and unprofessional.

Just wanted to leave a review on here about Central Transport. Beware of shipping anything that can be damaged. We (C&Y Enterprise LLC) went against better judgment based on poor reviews online since they were cheaper. We Shipped 2 Dodge 2500 truck doors with Central Transport out of Tupelo Ms. on 01-07-26. Doors were well packaged & clearly labeled on the packaging, glass, Do Not Stack. When they arrived in Henderson CO. Packaging was still in good shape so Receiver did not open them up & look at them at time of receipt. Upon unpackaging them it was quite clear something else had been stacked on top of them, bending, denting & ruining both doors. We filed a claim online. Tried to call them also. They would not respond to calls or emails. Central Transport declined the claim based on the fact that inspection was not made at delivery & the doors were used. I would not recommend Central Transport. Go with someone that has good reviews, & better service.
The worst trucking company ever!
They picked up my pallet on 12-20 -25 and the date is now 1-18-26.Still not delivered.It’s been sitting at the terminal 3-1/2 hours from my yard for over 3 weeks.Every day they tell me they are going to give it to their partner shipper Integrity but it’s not happening.I am going to call NC.Attorney General in the morning to put this to bed.
Central Transport is a scam
While Central Transport offered seemingly competitive rates to secure our business, we have experienced significant issues upon delivery. These issues include receiving unexpected extra charges, sometimes exceeding double the original quote, without clear justification. Furthermore, we have experienced problems with unexplained reweighs and unacceptable delivery delays that can span months.
Given these unreliable practices, which include non-transparency in billing and prolonged delivery times, I cannot recommend Central Transport to others. We will be seeking a more honest and reliable transportation company for our future shipping needs.

Worst shipping company ever
Worst shipping company ever. Lost my 15k pallet, and charged me for additional weight on it as well!!!! I have recieved not one, not two, not three but four false weight additions charging me hundreds of dollars. Now I have to file a claim for my missing pallet, let’s see how that goes.

We were given a quote by the company just to find out that they do not have to abide by their quotes. We gave them all info requested including shipping size, weight, and addresses. We received a quote number and all figures just to find out that this doesn't matter, they don't go by quotes. After the company picks up the item, they first say they have to charge more because they drive by a residence to get to the business, then they call and send another charge because it is during business hours (that is normally when business receives deliveries), and the nail in the coffin was the charge a whole month after the delivery stating that a phone call was made 1 hour before the delivery of which it was not! Can you imagine charging $30 for a phone call? We would never agree to this! The delivery was an entire day late, they only sent one guy in the truck and we had to help unload it, they almost dropped the piece of machinery and stated oh well if they damaged it. Cannot believe that this company stays in business by screwing it's customers over!
We will NEVER use or refer this business to anyone again!
I scheduled for the 1st time through…
I scheduled for the 1st time through Central. It will be the last! I received a "Driver Detention Certificate".
They allow a 30 minute wait time and they waited 44 minutes. The charge was $71.52 over what was quoted. That came out to be a charge of $5.10 a minute. Absolutely terrible customer service! I just took over logistics for our company, I will NEVER use them again!
This company adds extra fees for no apparent reason
We scheduled a shipment through UShip and it looked good on the quote. Well they charged an extra 145.00 because we were not a commercial business they said. Well we are we have forklifts and there truck was only here a few minutes as we loaded them immediately and we are a commercial business with listed hrs. We tried to reach out and U ship tried to help but Central Transport would not do anything. This has happened multiple times so I don't think we can do business with this company. The freight was fine and got to the destination in a timely manner i believe.
BS Fees on top of BS Fees
Central is routinely the only trucking company that nickels and dimes us for "inspections" and "weight corrections" and other BS fees. if it was every once in a while I could see it being a mistake we made. but their business model seems to be offering the lowest rates available then tacking on fee after fee after fee. They are the only LTL company blacklisted for future use at my company

I hate Central Transport with a passion. They are literally the worse LTL carrier I have ever dealt with and I tell my customers not to use them but they insisted on this last occasion. It was only 88 miles from shipper to receiver. Its been an entire week 7 days and the shipment still hasn't delivered so customer finally had enough and said just to return it back to shipper. Every day when I call in the dispatch tells me its going to deliver tomorrow and never happens. How do people still use this shitty carrier is beyond me

Scam!! My Bill was 150 usd. After delivered Central change for 450. Triple delivery price because was used lift at delivery!!
Other my shipping weight my package was 100 pounds but Central claim 1300 pounds and charge extra 750 usd!! I did file dispute but spend lot of my time for this finally in 2 month got my money back.

Terrible made an appointment. They never showed up. When I called I was told they put down for another day not even a phone call. Took the day off of work for nothing worst customer service.

The cable company schedules better than these guys! Give you a 6 hour window for a pick-up, then ghost you. I called an hour AFTER the pick-up window closed, only to hear "too bad, so sad. we didn't make it. We might come by tomorrow." We lost one employee for a full day waiting for these M-Fers to ghost us. They never told us they were running late, or anything. They SUCK!
Scam Company – Consistently Dishonest Practices
I’ve used Central Transport a couple of times, and every single time they quoted a low rate upfront — only to hit me with extra charges later. At first, I thought maybe the extra fees were legitimate, but now I see this is just how they operate. It’s a pattern, not a mistake.
Customer support? Completely useless. They don’t help, don’t explain the charges, and clearly don’t care. This company is built on deceptive pricing and zero accountability.
Stay away — this is not a trustworthy logistics provider.
