NEGLIGENCE DISGUISED AS LOGISTICS!
Is there a way to give 0 stars to begin with? This is by far the worst shipping experience I have ever had. My EMS parcel has been stuck in Kenya since 6th February to date 28th February. Usually, shipping takes 4/5days. Worst thing, absolutely no updates, no explanations, no communication, nothing!!
Calling customer service is a complete waste of time, nobody answers and if they do they talk to you in that "you nagging me tone" Emails are ignored or responded to days later with vague and useless replies. It feels like once they receive your parcel, they simply stop caring.
This level of incompetence and negligence is unacceptable for an international shipping service. People pay for reliability and professionalism, not silence and confusion.
If your curious what poor communication and complete lack of accountability looks like, ship with them experience scam firsthand.

Über EMS angeblich geliefertes Päckchen ist spurlos verschwunden. Ware in Höhe von 160€ nie angekommen. Achtung Betrüger!!!!
Be afraid - if EMS are handling your package.
Absolutely no updates - no communication - AT ALL. Then I randomly spotted the EMS monkey fling my package - which was a guitar (i.e very fragile) over my fence. To add insult to double insult, the guitar landed on the headstock - which is the weakest part. The baboon's van wasn't branded - but the package had EMS stickers all over it. I didn't know they were coming that day - or who the courier was going to be. However, I WAS IN THE HOUSE at the time. They made no attempt to knock or ring the bell. Obviously just recruited someone that day from the local jail. Avoid - at all costs. Any seller using them - tells you all you need to know about them.

No family member was allowed to board the plane with the sick person.
The sick person’s luggage, containing medical records and histological reports, was left on the ground without any prior notice.
From start to finish there was never any communication with the doctors, and once we arrived at the destination hospital, the nurses did not even know what medications had been administered.
For such a significant amount of money, you would expect a completely different level of service.
Strongly not recommended — stay well away.

The letter was sent on 28th of November, 5 days alter it was still in the country. As of writing this review, almost 2 weeks habe passed.
I would stay far away from this company.

Fun fact: I've already sent letter from Slovakia to Canary Islands with regular standard shipping that arrived after 6 days including weekends.

When sending a letter with ISRAEL POST together with EMS, it's impossible to know wher the letter is
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
If I could give these people zero stars, I would. EMS was sent by our home warranty company to fix our AC. We were told that a part was installed incorrectly. We saved our money to be able to get the problem fixed because the warranty wouldn't cover it. They finally came out, put the part in and left before confirming that it worked. We still have no AC in this Texas Summer. We called them and after waiting FOREVER for customer service to answer we were told that they would send another tech the next day. The next day, they said the problem was completely unrelated to what they had initially told us, what WE ALREADY PAID FOR, and they would order a different part and come out and fix it. Two days later, we've received a message that says they've determined that our work order is complete and closed so now we're out of hundreds of dollars and still have no AC. I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HIDE BEHIND INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESOLUTION!

DPD France a besoin d'un nouveau partenaire au Maroc. Parce que je n'ai aucune idée de ce que ces gens manigancent. Pas de réponse aux e-mails, pas d'appels téléphoniques, pas de cartes postales, rien. Moins 10 étoiles de ma part. Et DPD recevra mes appels continus.

EMS verzollt Lieferungen aus Inkompetenz unrechtmäßig. Verweigert anschließend die Rückzahlung der Bearbeitungsgebühr. Um die Zollgebür zurück zu erhalten darf man sich auch selber kümmern. Auf Bitte einen Vorgesetzten zu sprechen, stellt man sich tot.
EMS arincorrectly deliverede liars
EMS are liars. They say the package is in the Netherlands (incorrectly delivered) and after contacting EMS this package would be delivered to the correct address in Belgium after 2 days. To date still nothing received and have been waiting for 14 days now.

Please do not buy this product, worked for 48 hours, charged as stated and never worked again, no delivery note, no return address. To be honest I have been conned by ordering this product which my 90 year old mother purchased for my birthday!
