Tv most suitable for use in kitchen, set up was easy to do with suitable screen presentation. The speaker sound is important to me and would have liked a better reproduction to compliment the viewing experience.

I had just purchased a new Cello Television and phoned Customer services to request an instruction book to be sent to me. The call was answered in about 3 seconds and a very helpful member of staff said the booklet would be posted as soon as possible within the next day or so. She also registered the puchase of the TV for warranty taking details of purchase and serial number. It was such excellent, friendly, efficient service. Thank you Cello

Useless product
Useless product - - there is like a letter L on both sides of the screen which draws your eye to it every time the TV is on - very annoying! Hayley from Technical said it is the characteristic of the screen -- my Panasonic or Samsung doesn't have these blemishes on the screen - i wanted to buy British, says it all !!!!!!!!!

The sound quality on this tv is absolutely pathetic, ending up purchasing a sound bar, making tv a heck of a lot more expensive than necessary
very basic plastic 22"tv
the tv was just what i ecpected .it is very light as its made of a plastic material easy to asemble and easy to navigate.ifound the audio of very poor quality needs major improvement!!!.iwas very upset there is only one hdmi output .the satellite on the tv is as expected.ifound some feature very similar to my logic 19"tv, this tv is better on sound and pic than the cello.i wanted a small tv under £100,i found thi difficult to get,so opted for the 22"cello.some outher brands far outstrip the uk cello tv .but i had no choice and no more money.my 19"logic needs sound repair but no enginerrs are free and shoprepairs are shut due to covid.

Emailed support and got an almost immediate reply.
New remote in post. Hopefully will resolve problem but anyway Hayley was very efficient, No Barriers just good advice and resolved my query.

I had a compatibility problem with my TV
I had a compatibility problem between my Manhattan T3-R Freeview box and my Cello 40 " TV. I e-mailed Manhattan Customer Support a couple of times and received prompt and helpful advice from Abdul. I needed mor information and phoned Cello. Jane answered before the first ring had finished. Between Abdul and Jane at Cello my problem has been solved. Thank you both for excellent service.
Awful products. Terrible customer service
Purchased a 20 inch TV with DVD player. After a couple of months of light use it stopped working. Contacted the company who asked us to return it. We returned it. It arrived back a few weeks later having been fixed and worked fine. Only to break again a few weeks later. Again, emailed to let them know. They replied that they found nothing wrong with it the last time (they didn't mention this to me). The screen wouldn't turn on at all. The red light would flash green as if it was coming on, but go back to red. So there was power, but screen didn't work. They suggested it was the LEAD and they would post one out. They did. A broken one. It only had 2 prongs. After several emails I've decided to buy another brand for my daughter. Awful TV and customer service. Made in the UK does not equate to quality unfortunately.
Edited to add : I commented on FB letting them know of my bad experience. Echoing my review here. Instead of replying, they blocked me. So that's the level of customer service you can expect. Stay well away from this company.
