I just bought a 12v Cello C2420FS Tv to use in campervan when I unpacked No 12v lead just a 240 lead. What a complete let down when I found out you have to buy it separately for £19.99 The tv model No. is C2420FS 12v Bought from electric_mania through eBay item No.402788192008 You are the manufacturer and decide what goes in the box not the wholesaler but then again easy to pass the buck

Cello after sales are one of the most helpful firms I have felt with. I messaged them with a problem I had with remote control operating my tv & sound bar together. They came back to straight away & said what the problem was I had the wrong remote control. With out me even asking they sent me the correct remote control F.O.C. Witch I received Wednesday morning & it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Cello for their products & after service.

TV's made in the UK and by real people with quality as a byword... super!
I needed a portable outdoor TV option for an outdoor exhibition and the Cello TV worked absolutely superbly.
Can't fault the product and, due to shipping issues, the mains plug was broken on reciept, the super fast and super efficient team at Cello dispatched a replacement FOC to my location and was received next working day, what service!!
Don't hesitate, the product is fantastic and so is the back up/support.
Bought a 19" Cello set for the kitchen... What a mistake
Bought a 19" Cello set for the kitchen.
Switched on only to find that the screen had masses of vertical 'scrambled-like' lines in it. Couldn't even tune it in, not watchable.
Received a replacement only to be massively disappointed by the quality.
The picture is very washed out and no matter how much adjustment one makes to the levels, is just not comfortable viewing.
But that's nothing compared to the appalling sound quality. Seriously, this is the worst sounding television I've had since the early 1980s. There's a constant background 'wooshing' and lack of any tonal depth. It's almost as if there's a plastic funnel instead of a speaker fitted.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with our first (and likely to be last) purchase from them.
A sorry advert for British industry and enterprise.

I needed help to restore my TV channels
I lost the channels on my Cello C2220S. I called Amazon who really didn't know how to help but said they would contact Cello. I found the UK support number, called and spoke to Jane. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.
She talked me through what i needed to do and had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes.
Bought this TV for use on a Narrowboat
Bought this TV for use on a Narrowboat. It is FANTASTIC. Then got a sound bar to go with it and the result is brilliant. It has DVD/CD player integrated. Just what was needed. 12 volt/mains so is perfect for the boat. Give it 10 out of 10.

Worst smart tv ever
Worst smart tv ever, apps keep crashing and need resetting by unplugging tv, it then takes an age to restart. Will be purchasing a different brand as soon as I can afford it. Buy cheap but twice!

After a few remote problems I emailed customer services (expecting the usual rubbish service) . WOW they were quick to reply and effective in solving my problems . The tv is great ( my second Cello tv) . your good service means my future purchases will be cello

Exemplary Customer Service
What can I say but excellent customer service. I had an issue which I sent an email yesterday to Cello they responded to me this morning giving me clear understandable instructions and resolving the issue I had by email. One of the best services I have received from any company. There team must be congratulated for providing such an excellent service ( Thankyou Jayne :) ). My positive experience with Cello will be passed onto others. Take care and be lucky :)

I purchased 50" smart television.. Through a well known company.. Never again!! not even 1 month out of warranty and tv breaks! I wasn't aware that the company I'm paying through still for this tv didn't know that I had only 1 year. I thought while paying it out you where covered how wrong was I.. Believe me this television is the worst ive ever had and the customer service from both companies is a disgrace especially this one. Do nothing to help customers. Also to me the tv shows apps that you can't even use or download! Avoid honestly complete waste of money. Im now stuck with a 50" tv thats beyond repair and no help at all. Might say its my fault for not taking longer warranty but the company I purchased through didn't make me aware of this, As im still paying it. So gullible.. not even 13 months for such a high price and its broke!.

Having spent my working life in electronics and IT I have to say that I am impressed with the quality of your systems. I’ve just watched the video on your website and it is great to see a British company doing all of the right things and putting quality first in production.
One to steer clear of.
I purchased a Cello 50" Smart TV in March 2020 primarily because it's made in Britain ... BIG mistake ... no end of trouble from the word go, poor reaction from the remote control, loss of sound, loss of picture, often requiring a factory reset which means losing and resetting all the smart features, I never know what to expect when I switch it on. I did manage to get a replacement but, I'm sorry to say, not much better ... definitely not a make to be recommended.

Superb BRITISH television ;-}
Our excellent tv, for our boat, came with everything we needed in the one box. Not only great for the boat but we can take it camping too. After happily watching it we encountered a small problem with a wire (I suspect could have been our fault) Cello arranged collection, fixed it and returned it under warranty. A superb British manufacturer. THANK YOU! ;-}

From the moment go I see made in Britain so I thought yes, I’ll have that one! Receiving my 55” inch ultra hd, 4K smart.
What a disappointment, connect via WiFi, tells me it’s unable to connect, I use an Ethernet cable, it is constantly loading, internet is completely unable to be used, screen blemishes on the left and right edge of screen, load up time is ridiculous, never an update for the tv, lucky I have an Xbox and a sound system or this tv would be completely unusable and a complete waste of money, will be replacing at the end of month with a new make of tv.

Budget and it shows with both quality and aftersales
Purchased the cello C4320g 43" android smart TV via the studio catalogue. TV looks nice enough never bothered with the feet as it went straight on the wall. The initial boot of the TV is painfully slow, so slow that it can take 2-5 minutes before any button press of the remote will get a reaction from the TV, sometimes it will freeze entirely. 5-10 mins gets the TV to a point that you can actually use apps, Netflix/prime etc these work fine given the time for the TV to warm up. Sound quality very poor but I had a soundbar to use so not important for me but it would be for others. I emailed cello support regarding the speed and afew weeks on I'm yet to get a reply. Phoned customer services for a rather unprofessional lady to tell me "yeah they are slow, not very good." I asked if there would be an update to resolve the issue or atleast make it a little more bearable and was told there would be one in the next few weeks. Not holding my breath for that. If you enable developer options via the settings you can disable certain features making the TV easier to live with but having to do so defeats the point of buying a smart TV. The only positives are the picture quality, set to movie it really is a great picture (not 4k) and the price. We'll see if cello actually respond to this review. I wanted to buy British but thus far after sales have been awful, product quality pretty awful and I'd spend more in the future. Unfortunately I recycled the box when it arrived or I'd of sent it back. Purchased late October 2020 arrived early November.
