I have had no apology or recompense from falcon technology not responding to my request for the adhesive missing from my order, this being the 7" monitor and magnetic camera they are advertising in the Camping and Caravaning magazine.
I decided to buy falcons camera monitor bundle, when it arrived I noted the adhesive was missing, I immediately sent them an email informing them of the missing adhesive. I'm was told that the adhesive is supplied in the camera mounting plate box along with plate.
It has taken 46 days of emails and fobbing of by falcon technology to finally get them to send me the missing adhesive.
At the time of me placing my order falcon technology had an offer of a free mounting plate offer, the plate arrived in a box which states on the outside that both adhesive and plate were in the box, but no adhesive.
I asked for compensation but this was ignored, this is the first item I have bought from falcon, I don't think I would buy anything else from falcon technology.

Falcon customer service team were very helpful and I was able to resolve the issue I had very quickly. Would absolutely use Falcon Technical again and recommend the whole team

The product we got was the Falcon 4G Combo.
We didn't get any joy when we were setting up. My husband and I both contacted via messages and emails but all we got waa AI replies. Phoned twice and were told that the technical team would call back. No one ever called. We had no option but to return the product. Really annoying but the aftercare was non existant.

The Falcon rear view camera system is so simple to fit and use with fabulous vision from the back of the caravan. I am an LgV driver and have towed a caravan since the 1980’s and this is totally revolutionary.

I want to add the team at Falcon are brilliant with after sales also. I caused a problem with the mirror by dropping it (My fault) and it was replaced within a few days at a sensible cost.

Chris williams who I bought off is always contactable and a true old fashioned type of salesman giving total customer care.

I totally recommend this product for all caravan owners.

Having seen the Falcon rear view camera for the caravan on Facebook and reviews we decided to order one. The team at Falcon were excellent and I received the camera in two days. Fitting was easy I just followed the link on Falcon. Excellent view through the camera on motorways and through the narrow lanes through Cornwall.Thanks Falcon.

I purchased a Flying Saucer type Ariel from Falcon, & that was my 1st mistake. 2nd was buying via eBay. The first Ariel arrived in pieces. This was exchanged for one in an unopened box. Fitted as per the instructions, & didn’t get any reception at all. As it was fitted to a Motorhome, I did try in a few locations. Each gave no or disrupted signal. They asked me to return the Ariel. I removed it, & sent it back. While it was installed exactly as they instructed, so as not to twist the cable. But when Removing, it is completely impossible for the cable not to twist due to using sealant to fit correctly. While the Ariel not working was one thing. Their Customer Service was absolutely awful, repeatedly refusing to accept their product didn’t work. Constantly blaming me for installing incorrectly. It was their poor design that made removing the Ariel impossible without damaging the cable. They refused point blank to refund, despite being within the legal 30 day window. They made an embarrassingly small partial offer, despite that they already had the unit back with them. In the end I had to go via my Credit Card supplier to resolve the issue, as they fought eBay’s customer protection. Again Falcon challenged the refund thought out, & it dragged on for months. I had to repeatedly send photos of the issue. While the product was cheap rubbish that didn’t work. It was their appalling Customer Service that is beyond belief, & looking at other reviews. It’s something they don’t seem to want to improve. For that reason, I’d never buy anything from them again.

I bought the Falcon 5g Evo which has managed to give me Internet access in a house and area where I am unable to even make a phone call. Really impressed.

One star since customer support does not seem to exist by this company. The ladies that answer the phone(s) at Falcon are all friendly , take all your contact data and tell you you'll be contacted.
I'll put it this way...I removed a letter from Falcon on my rear view mirror camera for each time I did not get a response from Falcon via phone, email or Facebook. My camera no longer has the Falcon name on it.
I won't advertise a company's product when I am treated like that as customer.

Highly recommend, great solution for WiFi in the motorhome , purchased the 4G combo Deluxe very easy to set up and get going

Having purchased items from them in the past I needed a safe and high quality storage hard shell case for my TV for my campervan, saw many online bits this one stood out so purchased it. It wasn't the cheapest but most definitely high quality and great value for money highly recommended
