Carpet Warehouse Anmeldelser

I should have listened to the 1 stars.

It's true.

Flooring turned up 16 days after ordering.

Was a nightmare to get them to send it,

AND IT was a wrong cheaper flooring.

AVOID.

Having successfully used Carpet Warehouse in 2025, I decided to use them again in 2026. In 2025, before ordering, Chris (@ Carpet Warehouse) allayed any fears I had about delivery (there are some firms that I would not want this work subcontracted out to having previously had packages left outside without even the doorbell being rung!). Subsequently, my carpet was delivered without issue by SGK Distribution - who seem to be a cut above the other delivery firms I've had to experience: their communication is excellent, tracking on the day of delivery is available and the two-man team were able to place the carpet for storage where I wanted. Thus, I emailed Chris last Monday enquiring about making another order and, long story short, my carpet was delivered (to the other end of the country) within SGK's specified 3-hour window by the end of the week! (And this was even with the coincident arrival of Storm Austen.) As before, this was a very smooth, successful (and this time - very quick!) order - the only negative is that I've now got to start decorating before I had planned! Thanks to all involved, especially Chris who maintained oversight of the order. Highly recommended.

Delivery was quick and informative of exact time of Delivery
Quality is good ideal for the bedroom
Very pleased with my choice

Love the carpet and the Company have been very helpful. There was a slight issue with delivery as my house is very remote but Chris helped sort out the problem and arranged everything brilliantly. Very happy.

It was great to be able to phone up and ask a question of someone who knew the product and not just a call handler. I was then able to place the order on the phone very efficiently. Excellent service

Pete in the shop was sound sent my mum round to pick a flooring was sold a lovely vinyl, popped in Monday to collect staff were very helpful with meeting needs required for the flooring would definitely recommend

Well firstly I have left previous review about my satisfaction- secondly still awaiting a reply to my email regarding dissatisfaction on quality sent in September!!!

Delivery was slow, product was fine

The quality of the vinyl is outstanding very thick and hard wearing I fitted it myself it looks absolutely fantastic 😀I would recommend carpet wharehouse to anyone thats looking for new flooring Great communication from sales right through to delivery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

I am very pleased with the results. It was good value for money considering I opted for a cheaper carpet for 3 rental properties and the colour really suits all rooms. I would certainly use Carpet Warehouse again and have already made recommendations to friends.

my flooring is great quality , and was easy to lay. My only issue was that I purchased the adhesive and I was sent the incorrect one for vinyl.

Great quality carpets for a great price. Quick to deliver too.

The overall process was smooth, the ordering was amazing. The delivery was on time no issues. We spoke with Chris and he clarified everything we needed over the phone and email clarification. We ordered a thick vinyl and we love it. We will be ordering again 100% from here because we feel looked after which is very rare for most company's. Thank you all

Delivery was prompt. The product was of excellent quality and exactly what we wanted for our newly fitted bathroom. Also, in my opinion, great value for money too. Well worth the purchase.
