I am a very satisfied customer indeed. Speedy delivery and the guys helped me get the carpet stored. The carpet is better than I hoped and we are very happy now it has been fitted.
The conversation was OK and they did tell me how much carpet I needed. But I had to order double the amount of underlay if I ordered as they didn't do smaller amounts. But they did in the carpet so... Vis mer
Great! Easy to order, arrived super quickly. Happy with samples, made a decision instantly. Only thing I would’ve like to see is more pictures online of flooring in a room would’ve been helpful

Avoid Carpet Warehouse
Truly appalling delivery of 5 rolls of carpet. Delivery men just dumped the 5very heavy rolls in my hallway with all 5 rolls protruding out of my front door so that I couldn’t shut it. I am nearly 61 and it took me over an hour to get the rolls fully into the inside of my house. They were left so I couldn’t even open my kitchen door to move them. Disgraceful. If you live in a 2 bedroom house or anything smaller avoid Carpet Warehouse as they are using a delivery company who will just dump your items and run. I am now left having to climb over the 5 rolls of carpet to get into my kitchen. Avoid Carpet Warehouse
