Horrendous
Horrendous. No delivery arrived. Waited in all Saturday morning as agreed. Now they want £25 for another delivery attempt or they’re going to charge me a return fee. There evidence of no delivery is the couriers screen shot of missed calls. So I’ve been charged for no deliver, a redelivery charge, the order charge and I still don’t have a delivery. I’m being charged £135 for a missed phone call. Amazing

There was no knock on the door that was my whole reason to complain. If I had genuinely missed a delivery, fair enough. But there was no knock on the door…that was my entire point.
But here I am on 3rd November £135 out of pocket with no delivery, no order, no redelivery date and no sign of any resolve.
So yes, at the moment I’ve still been charged £135 because I missed a phone call. So… I think your response demonstrates your customer service perfectly, so thank you. It’s an honest review. Which is also very important. P.S. why would I have screamed?

Hi Heidi,
I see this is the second review you have left relating to the same issue.
I think it's important to clarify that the delivery did arrive to your home, the courier took photos at your house when you didn't answer the door and called you 4 times, all of which went unanswered. At this point the courier can do no more and has to move onto other customer deliveries as they only have a limited working window to deliver orders. Our couriers have no reason not to deliver your goods, because in the most likely case they're going to have to go back anyway which only adds more work for them, so its in their best interest to deliver at the first attempt.
Furthermore, your treatment of our customer service on the phones was appalling. They've done nothing wrong and do not deserve to be screamed at for 28 minutes, we do not understand where your justification is for this behaviour.
Finally, to ensure no other reader of this review is confused. You have NOT been charged £135 for a missed call, you have been charged £25 for a redelivery of your items after you failed to respond to multiple contacts from the delivery team.
We believe it is important to add the truth to the situation so other customers do not get false information.
In answer to your updated review, I agree it does demonstrate our rated excellent customer service, our team attempted to reach you multiple times which most companies wouldn't do, demonstrating how they went beyond the standard level so you could receive your goods, they didn't stop at just a knock at the door.
Just so we're on the same page, you've paid £88.94 for your flooring, £19.99 for the original delivery and then £25 for the redelivery, so not £135 for the missed call as if you hadn't missed it you would have only paid £108.93, meaning the missed call has cost you £25.
On your final point, only you can answer why you screamed at our customer service agent, to the extent to which the majority of the office could hear it. Given the two 1-star reviews you've left I presume it would be because you do not agree with the outcome based on the evidence provided and therefore decided to take it out on one of our team. But as I say, only you can explain that one.
I can see the redelivery fee was paid yesterday afternoon, so the courier will be in touch to arrange a new delivery date and time. Please ensure you keep an eye on your phone to ensure that this is not missed so you can take delivery as soon as possible.

Wrong vinyl, wrong recommendation
I ordered a 3m by 3m roll of Galicia Soft Oak Herringbone vinyl for a converted garage room. The delivery team arrived a little bit late, but not excessively so, and it was an evening delivery, so no issues.
But the vinyl that turned up, despite being labelled as Galicia Soft Oak Herringbone, was completely different to the sample. Different colour, different herringbone size. At least it was herringbone. Given the room it was going in wasn’t so important, we kept it, but if it was going in a more important room i would have sent it straight back.
Even more annoying, I bought the ‘Recommended product’ adhesive spray. Given it was recommended, i thought would be a worthwhile purchase. So it turns up, and on the back of the can ‘Not for use on vinyl’.
So I got a vinyl I didn’t order, and wasted £5.99 on a spray I couldn’t use.
One star for the delivery only.
