Burts Online Ltd Anmeldelser

Delivery had to be rescheduled to a day we weren’t in but Burts tried to sort . Other that amazing quick service and value for money,

Burts stocked the carpet I wanted at the best price. They offered quick communication when I had questions about the delivery, and the driver from DX was so friendly. Thanks so much! Can't wait to have the carpet fitted.

Being delivered on time good price. The only thing is really not knowing the true colour online but for the price can’t complain

Driver never answered his phone when rang back twice . And carpet was cut on an angle so didn’t fit the room properly.

Arrived very fast, customer servixe replied almost immediately to me . Great company to deal with

Always buy my carpets from here great quality and service

Brought a flooring that is usually only available via a shop the process from ordering to delivery was excellent and the company sent updates so I didn’t have to stay in alday.
Would 100% use again with the flooring and fitting it came to half the price of a shop.

Great service from Burts online. Unfortunately they had run out of stock for the one I ordered and I was offered a refund or alternative product. I took the alternative which was a perfect substitute and delivered in 2 days. I’ll use your services again. Many thanks

I have been using Burts Carpets online for well over a decade, on and off, and they have consistently offered very reasonable prices and excellent-quality carpets. For value and reliability, they have always been a solid choice.

My only minor criticism is around the presentation of room-size remnants. In the past, Burts Carpets used to include actual photos of the remnants themselves, whereas now the images appear to be taken from the main product listings. This makes it harder to judge the carpet properly. There is nothing quite like seeing a real photo of the carpet — even rolled up and stacked — as it gives a much clearer sense of the texture and, more importantly, the true colour.

That said, when it comes to price and quality, I genuinely wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Burts Carpets remain a dependable and excellent option, and I would continue to recommend them without hesitation.

Great communication by phone, happy to check inventory. Carpet delivered very quickly. We'll done

The selection of products was excellent. Placing an order online was straightforward. Delivery met the expected timeline. The entire process was smooth and effective.

Great products good customer service and shipping. What more do you need to know

Great delivery of a lovely carpet. I had to ring aɓout delivery and the guy on the phone sorted it .

Great customer services, assisted us in the correct colour for our room, good choice of carpets and remnants, and value.

Very expensive postage for a tiny bathroom remnant ,hopefully they will add a cheaper option for these.

Easy to order, samples sent. We were informed that was the carpet would be made to order there would be a 12 week wait and this was fulfilled on time. Good communication throughout. Highly recommended company.
Quality product too! Looks great! Very pleased.
