Had the pleasure of speaking to Lemar who helped me with my issue instantly the flooring we had ordered didn’t look like what we wanted from the pictures online so Lemar suggested and helped get 5 samples sent out to me, the original flooring picked up and the new flooring delivered within 3 working days ( this was over a Friday Monday and Tuesday) I was so grateful as we are having a renovation done to where the floor layers were coming on the following Wednesday. Thanks for the 10/10 communication Lemar. 100% happy with the floor and the customer service I recieved I would highly recommend floor street to everyone I speak to.
The level of customer care Lemar gave to me was nothing short of 5 star ( and that’s all because trust pilot only can let me give 5 stars)

Divinder at Floor Street was extremely helpful with my flooring order for full downstairs renovation we are undertaking. We had a fair few samples before making our decision and Davinder was very informative. We have yet to install the flooring but I do know from my daughter’s experience, that Floor Street are a great company to deal with.

Very helpful when I came to order and when I had questions they helped me. One box arrived damaged, so I emailed with pictures and they emailed back quickly saying they would send out replacement pieces.

The floor is exactly how I imagined is and looks good. The only thing I would say is delivery services wasn’t the best.
