If I could leave a negative review I would… I waited for my package over four weeks, by the time it was finally shipped out I received incomplete tracking information, no shipping address was ever confirmed. I immediately contacted their support team when the item appeared to have been delivered even though nothing was received by my 24 seven concierge/ package valet. It’s been three weeks of going back-and-forth with their support team where they failed to deliver delivery partner information despite requesting that I file my own claims with the shipping partner, which I still to this day have not been told who it was. When the Support team finally filed the claim on their side, they sent me proof of delivery with images of a package for a completely different person addressed to and Allison in Mountain View, California when I live in New York City. I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund given this absurd back-and-forth with their support team, and Buchan has refused to refund the order. I’ve lost complete trust in this company, it honestly seems like it is nothing but a scam and the only resolve I have is to dispute this with the credit card given that they are completely unwilling to acknowledge the gross incompetence of their systems. Incredibly disappointed for having given this early stage company a chance. Do not waste your time.

Très déçue de cette commande
Très déçue de cette commande. Veste commandée début juillet pour un anniversaire, avec un délai annoncé de 4 à 6 semaines, ce qui est déjà assez long. Résultat : commande reçue seulement fin septembre, soit près de 3 mois d’attente.
Pendant tout ce temps, aucune nouvelle concernant l’avancement de la commande, l’expédition ou une éventuelle date de livraison. J’ai finalement dû contacter moi-même le support après environ 1 mois et demi pour apprendre qu’« il manquait une information » à ma commande… Il aurait peut-être été utile de s’en rendre compte avant, surtout que toutes les informations avaient bien été vérifiées au moment de la commande.
Aucune communication, aucun suivi et un délai largement dépassé sans explication.
Bref, commander une veste pour un anniversaire et la recevoir quasiment à l’arrivée de l’hiver… sympa le k-way en octobre. Très mauvaise expérience.

Best jacket ever
I love the rain jacket! It took a little longer than six weeks, but I sent a mail to the costumer service and it didn’t take long before they answered and i got my jacket. I also got mails along the process and it was really nice to get that kind of updates. The jacket is fully rain proof and the leopard print is insanely cool! Couldn’t ask for a better result than this. I fully recommend it

Great Jeans and Great Fitting
I think the quality of the jeans is really good if you look at the price you pay for the jeans then you just get happy. Because you really pay for quality and drip!! And not to much for the label. And the fitting is really nice and a tip to everyone this jeans are fitting better with every wear so have some patience! Thanks to Buchan for the two great jeans!! The only thing that can be better is the delivery time. But if when you have your things delivered then the delivery time doesn't matter anymore. The bright and dark side
It's worth the price honestly, the color is so pretty and the pattern is amazing. But really buchan do better with the shipment, you can't advertise that much and take so long to deliver it. Also customer service isn't really available nor accesible. Even if it takes so long to ship, you should be ready to answer your clients from the moment they pay for it. I am satisified but I am taking my distance from this company becasue of shipment and lack of customer service.

Die Jacke ist in der bestellten Größe…
Die Jacke ist in der bestellten Größe angekommen, jedoch ist sie mir zu groß. Dies ist nicht der Grund für die Bewertung. Ich möchte die Jacke zurück senden wie auf der Website angegeben innerhalb der 14 Tage Rückgabe. Support ist sehr langsam und schickt bist dato kein Rücksendelabel (erste Mail meinerseits ist 5 Tage her). Problem ist nicht, dass sie sich nicht melden, sondern das in jeder Mail von mir erwähnt ist, dass ich die Jacke zurückschicken möchte und die Geld zurück Option, dafür natürlich das Rücksendelabel benötige. Antworten bekomme ich, jedoch nur ob ich die Jacke nicht doch behalten möchte und dafür ein Gutschein oder 20% Nachlass etc. Sie bieten mir alles mögliche an, jedoch bekomme ich die ganze Zeit kein Rücksendelabel.
Klarna habe ich ebenfalls informiert, dass die Zahlung pausiert ist und ich Buchan kontaktiert habe jedoch noch nichts erreicht habe. Service ist schlecht, anders kann man es nicht ausdrücken. Trotz genauer Angabe mit Grund und das man die Jacke wie auf der Website beworben zurück geben will bekommt man nur Probleme und kein Label um es abschicken zu können.

I love the cheetah Jacket. The quality is high and I love the fit. It Looks pretty cool and I‘m excited for rainy days now, so that I can wear it. I‘m in love honestly and I already ordered a Second One. The only thing irritating is the sizing, but it is described correctly on the Website. So I recommend to read the sizing Chart instead of ordering your normal size blindly.
