Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le délai de livraison plus long que prévu et pour la frustration que cette attente a pu engendrer, surtout lorsqu’il s’agissait d’un cadeau d’anniversaire. Nous souhaitons toutefois préciser que notre équipe vous avait bien contactée le 25 août au sujet d’un problème concernant les informations d’adresse, mais nous n’avons malheureusement pas reçu de réponse de votre part, ce qui a également empêché la commande d’avancer comme prévu. Nous regrettons que cette situation ait donné l’impression d’un manque de suivi et de communication de notre côté.
