First time ordering from BrunoMarc, several pairs of dress shoes. Timely delivery, exactly as promised. Returned a pair b/c not the right style w my suit - they were very helpful and supportive, rapid email follow up and high degree of customer attentiveness. They are clearly working hard to build brand loyalty.

I placed an order by mistake. Originally, they denied my refund but this was through AI NOT a person. Estella from customer service the next morning took care of everything. Estella turned a negative to a positive experience. I will be ordering items from Mark Bruno in the near future because of excellent customer service and good products/value

While the Men's MaxFlex Casual Wingtip Brogue Oxfords that I ordered for my son did not quite fit (requested the size he wanted--the style did not allow for the necessary fit) he did actually like the shoes. Great style and look.

i needed to return a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit, and the customer service was very responsive.

I ordered three pairs of Brunomarc shoes. After they came in I noticed that one pair wasn’t exactly what I had ordered. I reached out to customer support and explained the issue. There was a very fast response with a couple of different option for me to choose from on resolving the issue. Once I responded with my option, the resolution was fast. So far I have been extremely happy with the comfort of each of the shoes. I am already planning for my next pair.

The shoe size I ordered was too large and requested a refund. Messaged me promptly and also gave me 15% off on my future order

Brunomarc product was terrific, but their service to resolve my issue was even better. They made sure there was a result I was happy about and made the customer feel satisfied. I highly recommend them for their excellent products, but even more for their ability to serve their customers.

We recently placed a large order for the Bruno Marc Classic Comfort Men's Oxfords for my son's upcoming wedding - for the groom, all the groomsmen, ushers, father of the bride and father of the groom - 16 pairs of shoes in all. We had ordered 5 pairs a few months ago but then did a final order for the remaining 11 pairs. We actually ordered them from Amazon. The shoes are very nice but we noticed that 6 pairs were a little different in color, with some having more of a red tone to them. We noticed a different batch/production number on the box so contacted Amazon by phone.

In reaching out to Amazon, they advised us to send the the ones with the different batch number back and they would make a note on the new order. I was hopeful but definitely nervous. As the shoes started being delivered to us again, we quickly realized it was the batch/production number we had just sent back.

I didn't really know what to do and with the wedding a few weeks away, I decided to reach out to Bruno Marc directly by phone. I was considering sending the ones with the different batch back to Amazon again and ordering directly through Bruno Marc.

The lady I spoke with was super nice but I think she was a little confused about my situation and ultimately wasn't able to offer much help. In her defense, I was giving her a lot of information. However, within less than an hour I had received a very nice email from Bruno Marc asking for more information about my situation so they could try to find a solution.

We emailed back and forth, with them explaining the production process and that it wasn't necessarily a different shoe but different color variation based on when they were made, and some other factors. They asked for pictures so they could see what I was seeing. They were informative about the production process and how these variations occur and explained that the warehouse was not able to pick out certain batch/production numbers.

They were very understanding and apologetic for what we were going through. Although they would not be able to replace our shoes by locating that other batch number, they did offer to refund 30% of the cost our last order of 11 pairs of shoes.

The fact that they were so responsive and understanding really made all the difference. We are hopeful that no one will really notice it the day of the wedding as it isn't a huge difference and people aren't going to be focusing on the guys' shoes. They could have just left it to Amazon but they stepped up to help. Great customer service for sure! Thank you.

I ordered a pair of mens dress shoes and they were the wrong size. Their customer support immediately sent me a shipping label, provided a coupon for next purchase and made the return process very seamless. Additionally, the second pair arrived very quickly and the quality is great for the price!

I ordered a pair of their genuine leather shoes and they were great other than some minor manufacturing defects on one of the two pairs. I contacted their support and warranty team and they promptly set me up with a replacement pair. Although they use yunexpress and the first shipment was lost, the support team kept track of the tracking information and immediately sent another pair once it was evident the carrier lost the last package. Great customer service and quality. Would buy from them again!

I have purchased about ten pair of shoes.
Why? … Because they are comfortable, stylish and very affordable. They look significantly more expenses than they cost. I was a Cole Hahn guy until Bruno .
Highly recommend you give Brunomarc a try.

First time buyer, and I'll consider coming back. I ordered 3 shoes, but only 2 were delivered. They sent the missing pair after I reached out which was good. I sent one pair back because it was easily an entire size too small vs the other shoes in the same size, but the return wasn't free. Unsure yet about the quality, but customer service was responsive and helpful.

I own numerous pairs of shoes from them ! The prices are incredible and their customer service is Amazing! I had a small issue so I contacted their customer service department through email and in no time at all they reached out to me to help solve the issue !! The shoes are comfortable and stylish !! Definatly going to continue to purchase their products !!

Comfortable and quality made shoes. Easy to work with when processing a return.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband, and they arrived very quickly. He really liked the style, but they were too tight across the instep. He owns other Bruno Marc shoes that he loves, so this was disappointing—especially since this style doesn’t come in a wide option. The return process was simple with the prepaid label, but I was still charged a return fee. If I had ordered through Amazon, the return would have been free.

Ordered a pair of shoes and received them very quickly. Beautiful shoes but unfortunately they run small. Return was very easy with prepaid label.

Bought a pair of shoes which were comfortable, but really didnt fit. emailed my concern and was immedately taken care of. able to get the pair's that i need without any additional issues. Great experience and professionalism...

The quality of Bruno Marcs shoes are Top Tier and the selections are excellent I love them, their customer service is excellent and they're response is very quick. My only complaint is I'd wish they would use 1 or atleast a Solid courier for their shipping, some of the couriers they use is hard to track your orders.
