Exceptional service
We ordered some sleepers from the Trowbridge store and they were delivered yesterday by Matt. Matt was absolutely brilliant, we had a tight driveway and limited space to put the sleepers but he managed it in no time. He was very lovely and super speedy!
It's not often you can be impressed by a delivery but he was brilliant!!
We will definitely be ordering from the Trowbridge store again.

Damaged goods
Ordered 4 lengths of Decking Board. When it turned up one length was badly damaged. This is annoying because the person who put it on the delivery truck would have known full well it was damaged but still allowed it to be dumped on some unsuspecting customer! Not impressed. Order #000169182. Looking forward to Bradfords compensating me for damaged item and also for much better service in the future.

I found the local branch at Trowbridge…
I found the local branch at Trowbridge really helpful especially Alison Watts who in my opinion went over and above the call duty finding out about the dimensions of a particular item I was purchasing.
I had a bit of a hiccup with lack of communication but that was the supplier not Bradfords, a quick email to Bradfords and Katie had it sorted.
Overall a very good service experience

Unfortunately after ordering online I had a call following day saying the earliest my order would be delivered was a weeks time. Although good value & free delivery I am disappointed to have to wait a week.

Top Job!
Easy to arrange and got a call to sort out time really quickly. We’ve had deliveries before from another building supplier who weren’t great but Bradfords driver was absolutely amazing and offered to make things easier for us when he unloaded. The delivery driver was so happy and helpful it’s a refreshing change.

Good prices
Competitive prices and easy to use website. Just a shame delivery takes 6 days - that is the only reason it’s not a 5.

Delivery was too slow so cancelled the order......
I made an online order for a big bag of aggregate for a garden project. There was a delivery indication of 1-2 days which was ideal for the weekend however delivery could not be made until the following Tuesday. I called the store and spoke to a very helpful guy (sorry I can't recall a name) the order was cancelled and a refund issued.

Brilliant company
Ordering from their website was easy. A lady called from Bradfords to confirm the order and give me a date for delivery. The product ordered was the same colour as shown online. That was great because with a rival big company that didn't wasn't the case but was still expected to keep it despite it being wrong. The actual delivery was prompt and easy. Very happy with the service all round from Bradfords would definitely recommend them.
