Very swift easy process with great finance options I would’ve given it five stars but I wasn’t contacted with a clear time for fitting and I’m not 100% happy with ladder folding situation

Two very lovely chaps, Matt and John (from Notts), arrived and got straight to work. They worked very hard, the job was not as straight forward as originally thought. They both kept me informed of their progress and glitches. They worked very late to get the job completed and i am really very happy with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Instaloft and have done to my daughter.

Thank you guys!!!!

Terrific company, they did exactly what they promised. Ordering was a breeze. Installation was smooth, no hicups. Work was carried out professionally, with tidying up to a very high standard. I would recommend them highly

After asking for a quote, I received lots of harassment emails and calls. Once survey done and the date agreed for installation (They had to cancel due to sickness - this was not an issue). Next installation was 2 weeks away, after install found we were mis-sold the UPVC hatch being told its the same size as the existing but it wasn’t making the loft completely unusable for us as you dan not carry any goods up. I would avoid due to misleading practices and customer services just saying there’s nothing they can do. Not even a good will due to the lies, I would avoid and pick someone for your loft boarding.

The team that fitted the loft boarding were very respectful of my property. They arrived on time and got to work straight away, when they finished everywhere was spotless.

The person that came to explain the options and give me a quote was excellent at explaining everything and answered all my questions. Friendly and professional. The team that fitted the loft flooring and ladder worked hard and listened to my questions and request for the design and fitting of the step into the loft and the direction of the ladder. They gave me confident in the safety of the installation and were polite and friendly too.

Very professional, great price, super work and a very happy customer what more can we say well done.

The team did a great job and left everywhere clean and tidy. We were able to get our loft done within a couple of weeks of deciding to do it, which is unusual nowadays. We’re very happy with the service.

Very good from start to finish . Reasonable price , neat and tidy work . I only had part of my loft done as all i needed . They did not try ti sell me something i did not need . Highly recommended ! .

Highly professional from start to finish, we highly recommend Instaloft. The initial visit with Liam was easily arranged, the quote arrived quickly and the job booked in with ease. On the day the work was completed to a very high standard. We are so pleased with our new loft space.

polite people, very good explanation, and top quality workmanship, would recommend

The lads did an amazing job super happy
Thank you

We have been delighted with the whole experience with Instaloft. Right from how they dealt with the initial enquiry to the visit from their representative, Charlotte, who explained various options, providied a detailed brochure and then went up into the loft space to see what was feasible, what could be done. She took accurate measurements, leading to a clear plan and detailed quote.
Having arranged a time and date, the team arrived punctually, preceded by the electrician who was very efficient, installed new lighting and then let the installers get on with their job.
The team were friendly and efficient and completed the whole process in a day and a half. They kept in touch before arriving, with time updates.
The work was neat, to a high standard and they completely tidied up after completion, including removing all old boarding, rubbish and felting.
We now have much needed safe, extra storage space !
Very happy with the result.
Very reasonable price.
Highly recommended.

Gentleman was called George who completed the job. Very friendly. Work was fabulous, even hoovering up afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend. this company.

Great service right from arranging the quote through to the installation. All the guys were great.

Booked appointment- accommodating availability around our timeframe.
Punctual - talked us through the project.
Inspected loft. Asked as to how we wanted it to look, sketched out rough idea then emailed us over the final look of loft.
On the day of installation- 2 person task.
Tidyed up loft area as to insulation layout. Took about 3hrs to complete.
Electrian turned up. Safety checked property- gas line electrics and water. Wired up the 2 lights.
Excellent thru out.

From first contact I knew I was dealing with a company that listened to and understood the work I wanted done. The survey was carried out and everything was explained what could be done. The cost of the work was very reasonable.
The two young men who carried out the work were meticulous. Very polite and competent. They made sure there was no mess and even hoovered up before leaving. Their workmanship was first class. Highly recommended company

Our experience with Instaloft has been great from start to finish. Our request for quote was responded to very quickly and within days we had a visit from the salesman who generated a quote straight away. No pushy sales technique to sell us stuff we didn’t want, just a straightforward competitive price presented in a friendly way. Installation was arranged in days and we had a great installer called Roger who was and absolute credit to the company. He did the job on his own in one morning, was extremely polite and friendly and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He took great care to keep everything tidy and clean throughout and let me view his work during the fit out and at the end when he demonstrated the loft ladder. Can’t speak highly enough of this chap. Thank you Instaloft, very happy customer!

Very pleased with our loft boarding.
The initial assessment was done in a very professional manner with the bloke able to answer any questions we had.
I had assumed the existing insulation would need replacing but was told that there was sufficient depth already but not very well laid and that they would lay it properly for free.
As a consequence it saved some money and as we only had half the loft done we may well have the rest done in the future if finances allow.
The young man that did the work was very personable, efficient and a tidy worker.
.

Booked a survey. Was given date, time and the name of the surveyor.
Waited an extra hour. Called to ask what time they’d arrive and was told someone would call back with time.
No one called so called again and once again was told a manager would call.
Eventually a person called ( not a manager) to say the appointment had been cancelled by Instaloft without telling us because they don’t cover our area! What? Why did they book the appointment? Why did no one let us know? That’s an afternoon off work we’ll never get back. What an utter shambles of a company. Absolutely shocking.
