The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with !!!! I ordered a log cabin in January and was given a delivery date of Monday 9th so I booked the day off and booked a builder in for the Tuesday to come and sort it , I then got a call Friday saying can they change it to Tuesday so I booked the Tuesday off aswell and changed builder. I then got an email off them on the Monday night at 8pm after there closed to say it was going to be delivered 3 weeks later on a Friday !!
I rang the next day to claim I needed this for a business and they were no help even tho delivery states 6-8 weeks this would’ve meant I’ve have been waiting 10 week for it. After booking 2 days off waiting for this and paying a builder a deposit which I won’t get back I then proceeded to take things into my own hands and hire a van to pick it up! Which once I turned up I was originally told no,This cost me £200 plus another day off work! In the end they let me take it as I needed it for work! This is the worst company I’ve ever come accross I will never be ordering from them again, there head office is so unhelpful saying they will call u back and never do! Since all this has happened I have been mentioning it to people and sounds as though most people have had similar problems of being messed around for delivery AVOID DUNSTER HOUSE

Good shed but not easy to assemble
The shed is as expected - better quality than some sheds - and was delivered on time. We employed 2 professionals to assemble it, as we couldn't have done it ourselves, but even they found the instructions quite difficult, and the work took them almost 6 hours.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering. There was a phone call from one of the members and she said the Garden seat will be delivered on a date and it was promptly delivered.
But only problem is the delivery person left in the front of the house. He said, they cannot bring to garden, because it is company policy.
The product was easy to assemble, but needed two people.
