Bradfords - Plympton BBS Anmeldelser

Great service as always. Slight delay with order due to supply restrictions because of Coronavirus pandemic, but delivered next day.

Excellent customer service, delivered high quality wood promptly and without hassle. Highly recommend and will use again 👌

The product was great but the costumer service in store was shocking!

We haven’t had confirmation the order is ready

I cannot fault the plympton branch , a great all round service, always helpful in every level.

Superb delivery service of slablayer to my foot within an hour of ordering it online.
Lovely delivery guy and very informative. Great customer services skills and helpful.
Will be using the Plymouth branch again.
Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I was so impressed with the service from Martin at the Plympton depot. He sorted out a revised order for me, organised delivery and got back to me at around 7pm. Excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. I've done a lot of business with travis Perkins since I moved here 4 years ago, but I'll definitely use bradfords now!

Online service was good, delivery driver was very friendly and helpful

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery driver was brilliant dropping 4 bulk bags of blended loam over our fence to save us having to barrow it from the front of the house to the back garden

Fantastic service and easy to deal with you’ve gained a new customer for sure !
Highly recommend this company

Had two deliveries and both deliveries never turned up on the day they should. One delivery was 3 days late with no call to explain and the other was a day late, again no call to explain. Drivers were very polite and helpful. Not happy with the failures on delivery dates and no communication after I paid for delivery and thus was very poor.

Very fast service.
I ordered my items in the evening and was waiting on a delivery day. 1-2 weeks maybe. No items were delivered next morning by 10am. Very pleased.
Well done Plymouth Branch.

very good service wheelbarrow was waiting for me

Very helpful staff in store and a great delivery driver

When I discovered that the wrong paint had been delivered, one phone call to Plympton and a replacement was made the same day. Excellent service.

We ordered decking and timber, after placing our order online we realised we needed more than what we originally ordered, tried to amend order online but it wouldn't let us. Took us over a week of phone calls and being fobbed off to calling other stores and being told someone will get back to us (which they never did) to amend the order which they were reluctant to do . When the order arrived the wrong decking was sent as we ordered reversible decking and was sent one sided decking , the amount of knots in every single board was unbelievable. Not at all pleased

Brilliant service, thank you very much
