Order was expected Thursday … waited in all afternoon, only to have it turn up Friday morning. Can’t complain though since it was free delivery 👍🏼

Above and beyond quality service.
I called up my local branch(Newton abbot) and enquired about some grey gravel for my permeable paving, sadly they could not help me as they didn’t have any in stock but Natalie was kind enough to search the other branches and she told me plymton has some and i should try them.
I called up the plymton branch and I was greeted on the phone by a lovely girl called Chelsea who couldn’t of been more helpful. She sourced what I needed and arranged a delivery for me straight to my house, even though I loved 20 mile away.
She also said she could email a picture of the gravel they have to make sure it was the right one before ordering.
Thanks so much Chelsea was a pleasure dealing with you.

Very easy to order,great service
Very easy to order. Lucy on the phone was very helpful and extremely cheerful. Brad the delivery driver managed to negotiate the very tight lane I'm situated in. The timber I ordered was excellent, no bows or splits unlike other well-known companies I've used. Highly recommended.Will definitely use Bradfords when I start another project.

Great service and lovely delivery chap
Excellent service. Lovely staff arranging the delivery and a text to advise of a rough slot during the day. Then the chap doing the delivery was lovely. Helped us move some bits as it wasn't a crane delivery (not needed for our delivery) Brad was excellent.

I have come to love and trust dealing with Bradfords. The staff are always helpful and pleasant to talk to, whether it’s a call in by phone or the delivery drivers. Lovely young chap went way and beyond helping a 76 year old lady with the delivery. Also the order department for remembering that the small truck was required for my small access.

The delivery itself was great, friendly and professional guy, even helped carry things round to the back garden.
Prices were good too!
